Keep calling and the number is said to not be available.lol. This is supposed to be a Professional organization and so there's the irony. Hope they can get the help needed to keep up to date with the professionalism that is supposed to be displayed to patrons. How are we supposed to be professional when our governing authorities are not?

Phone system not working DIURING RN RENEWAL DEADLINE! 1st said not enough CEUs when I have more than necessary. So, I sent FIVE emails & got 1 answer saying I needed to register on Nursys, but have been registered there since 2017. FRUSTRATING!! Only reason I gave the system 2 stars rather than 1 is because the staff cannot help it if the system is poor/unclear & they are helpful when I've spoken to a live peraon in the paat.

wry difficult to navigate. Unable at this point to renew my license. I have completed all classes and CPR , was able to upload all classes onto site but not able to complete the payment ?!

1.5 stars outta 5 simply explains it all. The worst customer service. All people want to do is take an exam to better their career and this place is of no assistance. It’s like they don’t want folks to take business away from what they think is their customers. Quite possibly the worst State for professional licensing and they are content with that label.

Megan Miller appears to have extremely unstable mental state because she likes to secretly call police on people. Hopefully she didn't only call police on me over my email messages because that would be discriminatory.

Unreal how this place function and operate. I have been unable to renew my Cosmetology License. Your on hold almost an hour. Tried going to website with no success. I've gone there in person and was told not taking anyone in person. It's a shame many have given up on License for the State of Delaware. I will keep trying because l worked to hard to obtain them. Delaware is the most expensive place to have Professional License. Prices continue to rise and the fees for late charges should be Null and Void.

A few years back, I tried to get a hold of the DPR in every possible way. Via a phone call, left voicemails, emails, went there in person, and even wrote a hand written letter asking them to get in touch with me. Heard nothing back!

I got someone on the line today. She was completely nasty to me. If I wasn't trying to get some information from her, I would've returned her nastiness right back at her. She didn't have any information anyway. Nothing that the website could've already told me. It's incredibly frustrating when all I need is some clarification on a few things.

Very horrible experience. I've been waiting for over 30 days for someone to REVIEW my application (I'm not talking about approve but REVIEW!). I've paid for things to be sent there over a month ago. Their website says ".... about 10 days from the date on the appliction for someone to review".... its been almost 40 days. My application is still BLANK. I just want my money back. At this point I dont want to practice any thing medicalbrelated in Delaware. Please don't use the pandemic as a crutch because a friend of mine had to wait six months (August 2019) to receive a license because they kept losing things. I waited on hold for hours 2 weeks ago only to be told "Applications are reviewed in the order they were recieved.

If you can actually get through, the nice folks that are working in their pajamas cannot help at all! They are using a system that is so antiquated one cannot do anything on line. This is our tax dollars at work!!

Waiting for my license number after application approved for weeks. No response to emails and no one answers the phone for hours. Very poor customer service. Unable to complete work plans in state of Delaware.

Trust me ! I have put my application and they never update the status and I try to call them. They never answer the call and it takes forever
The regulation should realize that we invest our money and time on them and they don’t understand our pressure and pain
How much we are suffering to pay money for our school, our application and still don’t update our application status

The Staff has no actually knowledge and can not answer any questions other then reading directly from the website. the staff is extremely rude and will hang up in your face when you ask to speak to someone above them. This is definitely the worst experience I have ever had when calling the State about licensing.

Waited on hold for 30 minutes and never reached a representative. Tried emailing, but the average response time in my experience is several months, if at all.

Expect long hold times and infrequent help from the people who answer. Have been trying to apply to become a registered veterinary technician since August 2019 and still have made no progress in the process.

First I sat on hold without ever speaking to anyone for over 10 minutes when I hung up and tried to call back five different times the system tells me I am calling a nonworking number. So frustrating for a public office to not respond or answer the phone.

This company is a joke. Nobody ever answers the phone and IF big if they do they have an attitude.

This place takes an hour to answer the phone and when they finally pick up there unprofessional and rude. Don’t have an answer for you either. Terrible place.
