I love DR. KIM! she’s so understanding, I broke my tooth on Saturday and she made the effort to squeeze me in today. Whenever I have an issue she fixes it right away! She makes the time and I love her for that. She does miracles when you feel you have no hope. The staff are so kind and they treat you like family. I absolutely love her! This is the second time I’ve had to call her and text her with my situation and she comes through. I can’t say enough about how great she is and her staff.

Super friendly staff and great costumer service. Jazmine was very thorough and explained what she was doing every step of the way. She made sure I was comfortable and did a great job with my cleaning. I did bring my baby with to the appointment; Sonia and other staff went out of their way to calm him down until I was done with my treatment.This made the process less stressful! I would definitely recommend any friend or family member.

I've ways had a great experience at Lincolnway dental. Dr. Kim and staff are professional, friendly and very welcoming. The best dentist I have EVER been treated by. Her son in law, has his own practice and has been assisting Dr. Kim. I must say, he did a great job restoring my bridge!!! Best dental practice in town. Picked them because of dental anxiety in 2015. They have never once made me feel bad or anxious while in their chairs, Dr. Kim and the whole team feel like friends and they’re easy to get along with while maintaining professional demeanor. I absolutely recommend them!

I had regular teeth cleaning by my Hygienist Sara. She was amazingly gentle with taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth. I am so lucky to have her and my team.

All the staff is wonderful and friendly! From the moment you get greeted to the end of the visit you are treated so kindly. The dental hygienists are so gentle and always make sure you're doing well, they are fantastic!. The doctor's and assistants are so wonderful! They answer all your questions and take good care of your needs. Everyone here is so great to work with and easy going I hate going to the dentist but they make the experience much easier.

While this was only my new patient appointment, I already feel that I have to share!! I have awful dental anxiety, and the staff here were so helpful!! Special thank you to Sara for keeping me distracted and making sure I was comfortable. The staff at the front desk, Janet and Sonia, were also very welcoming! This was the first positive dental experience I have ever had, and I can’t wait to keep coming back!

I really like Dr Kim and her staff. I have been a patient there since the winter of 2020 and she has taken very good care of me. She is very kind, compassionate, experienced and cares about her patients. My whole family sees her on a regular basis and the dental hygienists are very good with my son who has sensory issues. They have a high level of patience. I highly recommend this dental office.

LDC was recommended to me by my girlfriend. She has been seeing Dr. Kim for a long time. It's been two years since my first visit. I have had a few appointments this year. Every single one of them has been a pleasant experience. The employees are very polite and always welcoming. My whole family sees them regularly. I cannot love this office enough. I felt like a child walking into my first appointment with them a few months ago due to anxiety and horrible past experiences. They were kind, and patient, and took their time explaining things to me. I went back for two follow-up appointments, each time more confident, although still anxious. After my appointment today, I need a bit more work done, and although my anxiety reared it's ugly head, I know I'm in good hands and am so much less nervous about this next appointment. I know that I'll be breezing in with little to no fear in no time!! Thank you Dr Kim and all the staff at Lincolnway!!!

I had my first visit today and it couldn't be happier. Calling to schedule was a breeze Sonia was very friendly and helpful. As soon as I entered the whole staff was very welcoming. I saw Dr. Kim. She was excellent.
