FitSpeed is one of the few gyms that changes you both as an athlete and as a person. You will never walk out those doors unsatisfied. The trainers are awesome and truly care about their clients, the people look out for one another, and the facility’s amazing(with some cool art too). Highly recommend for anyone looking to push themselves to the next level.

Fitspeed has a super welcoming environment for people of all ages, genders, and experience levels. The special thing about this place is the fact that the trainers don't value anyone over another based off of their level of talent. They encourage you to push yourself while also going at your own pace. It's a great workout for people who are just beginning or people who have been doing this for years. Overall amazing place:)

I’ve been working out here for almost 3 years now, and training here never fails to bring my spirits up. Even after a long day of school, we get in, we put work in, and we leave feeling stronger, faster, and more confident about our athletic abilities. There has been fantastic staff in the past including Kofi, Erik, and Luke - I’ve never been driven more by anyone. The environment is fun and although the workouts are challenging, I’m constantly reminded they are doable. Love this place & this family.

Fitspeed has been an experience unlike anything else I've ever gone through before. Kofi is absolutely amazing at what he does and pushes us all to be our best each and every time! It's been crazy getting to workout in such a motivating environment along with a bunch of my girl friends! I would highly recommend fitspeed to absolutely anyone of all abilities!

Best gym I've been to. Great atmosphere to workout. Trainers have great workouts for people of different strength and size. Every workout you are challenged but have a lot of fun at the same time. Strongly reccomend anyone to start working out here!!

I have been training here since it opened. Kofi and his trainers have molded me into the best athlete I can be. Not just physically but mentally as well. With diet, workout plans and mental focus, they have been great. I have nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to get in shape, athlete or not, Fitspeed is the place to be.

The best gym I have been to. The way you train is something totally different then I have ever seen. I always leave feeling positive about my body. Great trainers and very knowledgeable about what they do. Highly recommend!

I have been going since it opened and I’ve never looked back. The positivity and atmosphere is awesome. If you like to work then you’ll love it.The results are incredible and I truly feel myself becoming a better athlete and also growing as a person. Everyday I leave feeling super accomplished. Fitspeed Chicago is filled with amazing people- Kofi Hughes (lead trainer) spreads positivity and love through all his trainers and clients... Fitspeed has helped me achieve personal weight goals and helped me pass strength tests. This place is filled with love and is a great place to train for an event, athletics, or a personal goal !!:)

Fitspeed is an outstanding place for off season. I personally put on over 30 pounds of muscle, lost fat, and got faster/more athletic in one summer. Kofi and the other directors are excellent role models and very passionate about what they do.

Fitspeed is a top notch training facility. I have always been active but at 57needed a plan and path to get meet my goals of increasing lean muscle mass and strength. Darcy and his team met the challenge. They are a pleasure to work with and push me to challenge myself without pushing so hard that injuries happen. I highly recommend Fitspeed.

Fit Speed Naperville is the place to be. The atmosphere is amazing, the training is phenomenal and the people that come through this facility for sure get the results they want. This was probably the best decision to start training and working out here.

A gym/trainer is only as great as the people...the reason this gym has five stars across the board is absolutely the heart of the people behind it. If you feel out of place, self-conscious and judged where you’ve been, please try this gym. Its a place where you will not only be physically built up, but emotionally encouraged, too. Everyone is cheering for everyone. It’s a cutting edge gym both for young people training to be the best at their sport and at the same time, a fabulous place to either take a small group class or do personal training for the not-so-young and not-so-fit. I honestly thank God I can go. It’s a huge blessing in my busy Mom life to be able to go and not think about what I need to do to get stronger and healthier. Press on, Fitspeed❤.

Fit Speed was the glue for our marriage. The owners care more than just our health journey. They taught us the importance of mental fitness in order to achieve our personal goals. You can't find gym owners that care so much about your wellbeing more than Darcy and Carissa.

We started the online training a few months before our wedding to get ourselves ready for our big day. Their coaching helped us through the stresses and anxiety of a wedding. It was the perfect wedding bootcamp we could have asked for. We built patience, teamwork and held each other accountable to our goals and commitments.

Who knew we could get such a program that changed our lives forever! To date, we continue to use the tools given to us on a daily basis and it continues to hold our marriage together. They are hands down the best!

Fit speed is the best investment I've ever made in my life. I'm a far better athlete than I've ever been and it has a great family atmosphere. I've made many strides and because of fit speed I'll be ready to dominate college football in the fall.

I trained with Kofi and I would like to say that he pushes me to the max. His workouts with his diet plan make for great workouts and produce results great for newcomers to lifting you will definitely learn a lot
