Quick and very informative. Answered all our questions and showed us step by step. Very nice people.

They are the rudest individuals. Waited 57 minutes before I got a live voice and then he acted that I was infringing on his time! I sent in paperwork to get a professional license. Was told the application was pending. He would not tell me the problem so I could correct others form. Instead it was like “I got a secret and you don’t”.
Had I not called I would never have been told I was missing info.
These folks are public service people but they do not give you any service.
In requesting licensure as APN is impossible. Never seen such a poorly created website. There are no directions just a continual loop of bureaucratic BS. The customer service reps when they do answer are rude and unhelpful.

A mess! Problem wasn’t resolved and now it’s interfering with my potential money. Attempted to upgrade to multi-license nursing online. The systems weren’t working and so after being on hold for hours day in and day out, finally spoke to someone. I was informed that there systems were malfunctioning and therefore they would have to email me an application to be sent via USPS back to Board of Nursing. Never got the email, tried to call back and then the number just wasn’t working. Ppl are really taking advantage of COVID to not do their jobs or to do a poor job at that. It’s a mess!!!

Do not apply to the Delaware board of nursing is you can avoid it. Completely unprofessional. Never available. I’m still waiting on them to process my credentials and information to send to Pearson VUE in order for me to take my NCLEX. I’ve been trying to get ahold of anyone who could assist me for the past month each time the receptionist has left a message for the person I’m
Needing to contact and they have never gotten back to me. I understand COVID-19 is complicating things, but it’s July. It’s not the end of the world. There’s no excuse for lousy customer service. If I had know this previously I would have applied elsewhere.

Will not rven answer the phone after several calls every day for the past 2 weeks.

Get a working phone number! I have attempted calling the number on the website only to get a recording sharing its a non-working phone number
