I am an alum, and my company recently opened an office near the Bone Student Center. Instead of going across town to Best Buy, I stopped in TechZone to save time and I was able to purchase everything I need at an affordable price with excellent service, saving me time and money!

Got me in pronto and did not BS the work I needed to get done. Made recommendations for products and finished looking at my laptop ASAP. It’s $35 for doing work plus the price of any needed parts. BTW, they moved to the first floor after the pandemic lock down! These hours are COVID hours. One star off for missing screws first time. Can get a loaner laptop if you’re getting service.

One of the worst places. I gave my laptop to them for repair, just for a screw related issue. Firstly they took almost 2 months to repair and secondly damaged my speakers and track pad.

This store sell me a damage electric product and refuse take it back. They had damage products in the store. Don’t go and never buy them.
