My husband bought a pair of work boots here which had to be exchanged because of a defect. The man/owner was exceptional. Ultimately, wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase - and return when the time comes for the next pair of shoes/ boots. Thank you for treating me so graciously. Best service in footwear I have ever experienced, hands down. My brother will take weekend trips down from Wisconsin just to go to this particular establishment for boots, and my dad gets his Carhartt workwear ordered through Bobby's exclusively.
