Bought my car there and they were wonderful. So, I took my car there for it's first service and a new tire. They were quick, efficient and really nice. I don't feel like they talked down to me or tried to sell a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Everyone was really nice and friendly. I told them to take their time since it was an oil change and new tire. But they had me in and out within an hour and a half.

Jordan Henderson was so easy to work with and found the perfect vehicle for me. He took the time to show me how to use everything on this new vehicle. Great asset to your company.

Thomas was a great salesperson. Very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. He made the car buying process a pleasant experience.

Everything went smoothly. From sales to financing we were very satisfied with everyone.. Eric responded quickly from the beginning from our online inquiry. August assisted us in our test drive and finding out what are wants were and fitting those into our budget. Jordan was very knowledgeable as well assisting with car knowledge and helping wrap up the sale and getting us on the road. Mr Wash was very knowledgeable and nice to chat with as well. Having been in the car sales business myself many years ago, I know the games that most dealers try to play. There was none of that at Courtesy. I had heard good things about Courtesy from a few friends, so I decided to give them a shot. They made the process very easy and they informed me with everything I needed. I found their prices to be fair for the car I purchased and gave me a fair trade-in value. Then they shocked me some more in the Finance Office. I didn't get the run-around. Their options and rates were reasonable. I would highly recommend Courtesy and make sure you ask for Dave if he is available. He is quick to respond and was a major reason everything went smooth.

It was a slow process…I was told it wouldn’t be long, and that just wasn’t the case. To be fair, it wasn’t their fault. Circumstances…a finance person called in sick.

Our sale guy JOSE was amazing and very nice. worked with us on all our issue we had and the changes we made. Mitch was amazing too, even when i showed up 10 minutes before they were about to close. He stayed after got all the paperwork filled out and handed everything off to Jose to finish up with me after the close of business. They both went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you .
