The employees were very friendly and helpful. The store was in good clean condition. Signs were posted as to where things that had been moved could be found. Smooth flowing transaction.

Fast and reliable service. As always.

Some employees are nice and some are rude and disrespectful. Noticed that employees don’t work well together. Very frustrating that there machines don’t work and ATM is outa order, and playing only cash unexpectedly is the worst! FIX THE MACHINES

This use to be a great/clean store. But seems after they let a few employees go, the store went as well. Stale food in hot case and bathrooms be disgusting. Highly disappointed.

Nice little store . However the lady with the dreds has a short attitude.

I'm not from town, so I don't know how Illinois rolls. But I'm not sure I've ever seen an employee yell at a customer when the employee messes up what the customer was wanting.

The employee turned a little misunderstanding into a huge scene. Props to the man in front of me for standing up for himself. He kindly asked her not to raise her voice and take out her bad day on him.

My service was fine however. The bathroom was surprisingly clean for a 7-11

This place is not 24 hours it was closed shortly after 10:00 pm there are many other places go there and let this place close permanently . Try the Shell station. At least they are open. What is so funny the owner gives this bogus link to give feedback which does not work what a joke what a waste of time do go there just go somewhere else. the 7 11’s in the Quad Cities are dirty run down dumps guessing a slumlord owns these places you can tell no money is put into these to attempt to make them better

Where did all the friendly people that used to work here go? Unless you are one of their regulars, they seem annoyed to help you. If they know you, they will proceed to carry on and a conversation even after they are done checking you out, even with a line backed up.
I have gone in several times at about 5 a.m. to find the coffee has not even been made yet.
Thankfully, I usually only need gas and you don't need to go inside to do that.

Tired of running drinks back to the cooler that don't match advertised price. Fix it in the system or start paying customers to restock.

Absolute worst employees I get not liking you're job but to be rude and disrespectful every night is crazy. I do not recommend going here

Lucky to get a hot fresh cup of coffee at this location. Maybe 2 out of 10 times. I leave a lot with no coffee. In fact I have quite going to this location for anything.

Point of sale system was down meaning cash only.

No receipt tape in the machines! Not going in due to covid-19
