We moved into our Melange at Carmel brownstone at the end of September and couldn’t be happier with our home building experience and our decision! This builder is unlike any other in the Indiana market! Great locations, floor plans that work for many lifestyles and the staff are really pleasant.

We were extremely pleased with our experience in constructing a new townhome with Onyx + East. The construction team communicated with us every step of the way and the design team worked hard to meet of our requests. To no fault of theirs, issues arose with respect to closing, and the OE team went above and beyond with their help. Throughout the process, they took a customer focused approach and demonstrated they really cared about us. We are thrilled with the end result!!
