Iv got hair issues Like so many . I went in there today and the girl that was working has recommended a great shampoo and conditioner and wow what a difference. She's also helped me before with dry hair from color. It's ION blow out and it's awesome

I have been going to this Sallys for years and Willow Is the sweetest girl ever!!!! She is always eager to answer questions, let’s me know of the sales and promos going on and even goes as far as to contact me at my business (per my request) to let me know when they have current sales on the products I use. I couldn’t ask for better customer service than that. She is always going above and beyond in my opinion. I am near several Sallys and choose this one specifically because of her. I send all my clients to her for the products I ask them to purchase to maintain their individual hair needs. She answers any questions for them and my clients all compliment her on her kindness as well. Keep up the great work WILLOW!!!!

I came in with my hair color ruined from doing my own hair without professional help, & had a great experience here. The employee who was working (I think her name was willow) was so much help! She guided me through the correct products to re-color & restore my hairs health. Great experience & will be shopping again here in the future if I ever need hair products again.

Dawn helped me and was so nice! I highly recommend Sally's for any beauty needs. I tried Ulta next door and no one asked if i needed assistance, I ended up walking out. Sallys team members were the most helpful and didn't seem put out by my lack of knowledge, and probably silly questions. I will be back!

The Johnsburg Sally's is, hands down, my favorite of all the Sally's stores I've been to! The ladies that work there always greet you when you walk in & ask you if you need help immediately! They check on you occasionally also which is great bc I always have at least one unexpected question & never have to "hunt" anybody down for knowledgeable advice. I've been coming to this store for years & have found it easy to build up a rapport w/the ladies who work here. Especially Angela, who I've known for years just from coming here, but feel as though we're old friends. She makes it fun to shop here & we have a lot of laughs. I always walk out feeling like I got a great deal on prices & a great mood lift! I highly recommend this Sally's location. The Crystal Lake location is actually closer to me but it doesn't have the same "energy" as Johnsburg.....so I'll drive the distance!

This was my first time in a Sallys and Ashley and Michelle were fabulous helped me with everything and friendly all the way even offered to help me with a future purchase I intend to come here often and recommend my friends!

Love the products and very helpful...i do my own color using Ion products mix three different shades perfect...looking good..honest

For the most part every time I go the employees are so sweet and helpful! So glad I started getting my hair dyes and things like that from there!

Honestly the employees are a hit or miss some are rude for absolutely no reason and some are really nice, bring your own bag since they charge (which i get they don’t wanna use plastic bags) besides that they have pretty good prices i usually only get stuff to dye my hair here so i’m not sure on the prices of other stuff but i would still recommend!
