Lund Automotive Service & Repair

Lund automotive provides great service and are very friendly. We switched to them a few years ago and so happy we did. Fast appointments, great communication, and easy pick up/drop off for after hours.

By far the best car repair shop around. Jeff is amazing!! I have bad anxiety dealing with car issues. These guys are great at explaining everything that needs to be done as well as fixing the problem fast. I will never go to another mechanic.

Would recommend. Jeff had me in within a couple days of the issue starting. As soon as my truck got there he had it out in a very timely manner. Staff is also very friendly and professional. Thank you!

During the hard freeze in January my battery gave up. I was able to get my car to the shop and they not only fit me in their schedule but found me a battery when none could be found (this one with a three year warranty), replaced the battery cables and had me on the road asap. This all reasonably priced. I have not had a problem since. They will always be the ones who work on my car, a 2014 Jeep Compass. I will not bring my car elsewhere for maintenance.

Lund Automotive did a great job on my car. They were very efficient, prompt and courteous. Also their pricing was very good. We will be back!

My wife and I have been bringing our cars here for years - ever since we got to Illinois. We now live farther away but drive here because of how much we trust the men working here. Fantastic team, great communication, and fair prices. Would recommend!

There’s no one else I’d trust with my car… not wickstrom where I bought it, not even Honda…. I only take my car to Jeff and his team. When it comes to cars I literally know nothing, I probably sound like the biggest dummy when I’m explaining the issues I’m having with it.. but Jeff and his guys never make me feel stupid and always reassure me that the problems will be looked into and checked out. You can’t beat their pricing either I promise you. I recommend all my friends to take their cars to Lund .. they really are the best. I love that they text you a link with photos of any issues they find and summary of what they are working on.the best mechanics in Chicagoland! Thanks guys!!!

I have taken my cars to this establishment several times. Jeff and Tim are very attentive to get your vehicle in top notch condition at a fair price. I found their shop very knowledgeable and easy to work with. No prce gouging here. I will continue to bring my vehicles to this shop and refer them to others. Very impressed with their service and honesty. Dealer said I needed new brakes, but quoted high. Took to Lund and instead of just doing the brakes they were honest in saying they still had life left. Communication was great. We will be returning with all future car repair and maintenance needs. Recommend.

Jeff and the team took incredible care of me. He fit me in last minute and completed my truck in an extremely timely manner, at a high level. I have been looking for a reliable, honest and skilled auto shop since I moved to Fox River Grove 6 years ago, I found it. The communication and documentation is top notch. I brought my car to Lund to diagnose an oil leak. They had my car diagnosed by the afternoon of the same day. Tim was very honest with me, letting me know how much a fix would be and what he'd recommend I do. They won't overcharge you and they won't try to up-sell you. Very honest and reliable work.

Amazing place. Honest, convenient, Great customer service. Plus they have loaner cars and payment plans to make the process of getting your car fixed less painful. I’ve brought my family’s cars here on several occasions for repairs and they have been one of the few places you can really trust. Recently, I brought in a car we were thinking of purchasing and they fit me in for an inspection. Their once-over helped give us the peace of mind we needed to purchase the car. Fantastic place and even better people.
