Received a prompt response and estimate from Andrea. A second quote was also provided when I made some clarifications and they offered to replace the windshield the next day. Customer service is alive and well at Stephens Auto Glass!

Stephens came out same day and repaired a crack that was borderline irreparable. Service tech was very friendly and they charged a reasonable rate. Stephens is a good example of why it is sometimes wise to chose the local option versus the big chains.

They got my 71 Chevelle glass fixed up super fast (way quicker than expected) and did a great job on it even though it's not a show car. The people were all super friendly, and the price was very fair (I paid out of pocket, not insurance). I really appreciated the whole process, and this is 100% the place I'll be going from now on.

Well, I'll go back if I'm not banned. I don't *think* they got upset when I accidentally blew the tires off pulling out into traffic. It was cold out and I'm still dialing in new EFI throttle response. 😬😂

STEPHENS AUTO GLASS replaced the windshield of my car. The technicians did a fantastic job. I was initially concerned that non-OEM glass wouldn't meet the standard but it was perfect. The tint and appearance are the same. The calibration technician was very personable and briefly spoke about how she calibrates for adaptive cruise and collision alerts. Front office staff was aloof but proficient in processing insurance claim. I recommend this business...5 out of 5 stars. UPDATE...Rain sensing wipers didn't work due to defective windshield glass. I called them and they were able to replaced it within an hour. I still recommend this place...5 out of 5!

I couldn't be happier with the service of Stephens Auto Glass. The ladies in the office were very nice and the mechanics were very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in to have them look into re-sealing the window and they looked at it right away and showed me the exact issues with the seal. They then ordered a new windshield for me since it needed replaced. When I went in for my appointment, another service man even offered to just replace the chip I had in it to save me money however I told him it was because of the leak so we replaced the windshield anyway. When I got my bill it was under the quote and its guaranteed against any leaks for life of the windshield.

Really great interactions with the front desk team. Friendly and everything was explained upfront. No surprise upcharges. Replaced a smashed rear windshield and the completed work looks great.

Great experience to start my day! I had to have my driver's side mirror replaced - quick service in getting the mirror ordered and delivered, easy appointment set up (and Stephens is practicing social distancing to keep their customers safe; staggering their appointments). Annie was friendly and professional when I first called to order the mirror and when we confirmed my appointment. When I got there this morning she greeted me with a smile! Allan replaced my mirror; he too was friendly and professional - very timely service! Thank you Stephens Auto Glass for a great start to my day!

I had a dime sized rock chip at the top of my windshield. My work schedule didn't allow me to set up an appointment at their facility, so I was pleasantly surprised when she offered to come to me. She explained that I would still be able to see the chip, which I was fine with as it's not in my line of vision. I can hardly see the chip. She did an awesome job on it. And.....the price was just about $30 less than a competitor. I can't recommend this business enough!

These folks are the best!! The side window on my truck needed to be replaced. I could not be home for the appointment. When I got home, the window was repaired and all of the glass inside the cab was cleaned up. Great job! Thanks.

After getting approval from my insurance company to fix the chip in my windshield, l went in for my appointment and was out of the shop in less than 45 minutes. Had to go back to work! Was hoping to get a break from the office.

They have repaired a few chips in my windshield over the years and just replaced my side window. They always do a fantastic job and they are very prompt and professional.
