Great food. Wonderful staff.
How many places actually have slices of pizza these days during lunch hour especially a huge NY style slice. ..Detroit style pizza is amazing and the best around. Typically don't have that during lunch hour but definitely recommend ordering when available.

Stopped in to get a Calzone with my son for lunch. We get pizza here often. Will come back again. Located on the first floor, in the mall near the Post Office. The side salads and other options they have are good too. Good crust on the pizza. Handicapped parking available, and ample parking.

Never a bad meal. We love all the different pizza styles, and they do each one perfectly. The service is always great, and the food is simply consistently delicious.

I just had the Detroit style spinach goat pizza with sausage added to it and cot damn, it was the most delicious pizza I’ve had in my life.
They cook this thing damn near perfectly to get all the flavor out of the crust and cheese that sends this thing into the next dimension. The way the cheese browns perfectly over each piece of crust is amazing. You get that soft chewy dough in the middle, mixed with that crispy side crust when you bite on the ends. I can’t even describe what’s going on but they nail the texture of this thing too.
I’ve eaten like half of this pizza so far and I’m going to have to stop before I get sick from eating too much. Thank you LPV, for making a pizza so good I called you up to tell you how good it was and left a review to boot. God Bless.

Was recommended by the guys at Pizza Pushers and didn't disappoint! As a Michigan native who loves Detroit Style Deep Dish this was great! The lady who was there was super friendly and had a great conversation!

First time trying Pizza Via. The chicago cracker thin crust is amazing. I got cheese well done and it was so insanely good. The crust is ultra thin and it was cooked perfectly to my liking. New favorite pizza spot.

First time at you're place and it was amazing. The Detroit style pizza was crispy airy and Crushed tomatoes were excellent And the goat cheese spinach detroit style pizza was excellent to. I definitely will be back and letting all my friends know to come here.

This is our local go-to pizza place it is delicious! The salads are amazing too. And we just got the garlic knots last night, they are so good and chewy. Our favorites are the NY Blanco, Detroit goat and spinach and the NY BBQ chicken.

My favorite local pizza! The NY crust has the perfect amount of chew and the cheese blend is excellent. I used to live near DiFara's in Brooklyn and have had all the famous NY places, but La Pizza Via's NY cheese pizza truly has my heart.

I also love their Detroit style — if you are looking for those carmelized edges and love a thick, chewy crust, this one's for you. Some family members aren't as huge on that much breading (their loss!) and prefer the Chicago cracker crust, which is thinner than Rosati's and a lot of the other places.

Happy to see some new ingredient combinations on the menu and love the White Med just as much as the others! I highly recommend the clam, mushroom, and vodka sauce combinations.

The New York style pizza was delicious. The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite! I highly recommend the Chicago style, nice crunchy crust!

I lived in NY for 13 years and love NY style pizza! This place has the best tasting pizza, presentation, clean establishment, and really nice service! It’s an hour from my home but visit again soon!

La Pizza Via has the BEST pizza—super thin, fresh, and delicious! My go-to order for years has been the mushroom via (extra sauce on the side because OMG YUM), garlic knots, and mozzarella sticks! I recently decided to branch out and try some of their other pizzas (margarita, bianco, spinach goat), crusts (cracker, Detroit style), and other items (pinwheels, cannolis) and everything is AMAZING! The ultimate proof of the quality was sharing with some very picky eaters, one who doesn’t even like pizza. They all said it was the BEST pizza and cannolis they’ve ever had! The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating.

The best pizza in the area!!! The unique combination of pizzas toppings they use create the most delicious flavors together. Their salad choices are amazing as well. And we always add on an order of their garlic knots.

I have had slices from this establishment a couple of times. I've never ordered a whole pie (they do offer NY, Detroit, and Chicago style thin crust).

The slices are no-frills, though they are still delicious. The crust is thick, though it is not as dense as some other locales I have checked out that offer pizza of this style (i.e. in other places, you could squeeze the crust and it will return to its original shape when you release it). It also tends to be crispy on the outside compared to the rest, rather than having consistent texture on all layers.

Cheese Detroit style and pepperoni and honey NY style with 2 cannolis. Best pizza I've had in 5 years living out here in McHenry.

I ordered this pizza for the first time off of Grubhub since it had killer reviews. Loved it so much that I ordered it again two days later for my husband to try. This will definitely be our go-to pizza place now. Best pizza in the burbs!

Our second time here and we brought our east coast friends from new jersey..we ordered a new york and a Detroit... pizza was excellent...truly love this place.
