I was just released today after a short two days from the third floor of your hospital. In years past I haven’t had the care that I had this time. The third floor and the emergency room Drs and the nurses were so beyond wonderful. Very enthusiastic about caring for me, concerned, knowledgeable and just full of compassion. Kudos to all involved and thank you for the bright attitude and smiles….yes I could see them and hear them behind the masks.

My wife and I had our son and our daughter here and we really had a great experience each time! The hospital staff are great and we have our full trust in them. Because of that there are few people's names we will never forget... Looking back at our time there were joyous memories... We can tell this organization cares about their patients and they are committed to them.

The people who work here are so kind and helpful.

They do not have a working covid testing process. No communication system between the testers, the portal, and registration!

If I could give the Rheumatology Department at Whiting Hill a zero, I would! I call and tell them I am in horrible pain. I can barely move. She calls me back and says the provider said to keep doing what I'm doing and they will see me in a month. They have cancelled my last three appointments because she didn't want to be in the office that day. Great patient care. Super helpful. UGH!

Horrid service. Medical personnel can’t even review your history, but prescribe medications that cause serious side effects and then advise the patient it’s our responsibility to contact pcp or pharmacologist for better advice.

Awful pricing. Even my blue cross/blue shield insurance was appalled at the charges for a PET scan cost them and us.

This past week I brought my 20 month old in for high fevers and seizures. His doctor suggested to bring him to northern light emergency department because they were better equipped to deal with this kind of thing. I brought him up there at 2:30 PM. We got checke in by a nurse and then we waited for hours. The only time they came in was to givehim tylenol. I called the nurses station after 7 hours and gave them hell for making a very sick baby wait so long to be seen by a doctor. They said "we are extremely busy" I walked by a few times to use the bathroom and they were not busy. They were sitting around chit chatting and laughing. All the while my son was having seizures. I called again and really gave them hell. Finally after 8 hours we were seen by a doctor. And they finally gave him fluids after he was so dehydratedThis is unacceptable and I will not come back to northern light ever again. My son deserved a lot better care.

I went into the respiratory unit recently, you have to call a number in order for a nurse to come out and escort you in. I waited 10 minutes on the phone for someone to answer, nothing. Meanwhile nurses are coming in and out, another car arrives and is immediately helped after calling. I will not be returning to their facilities, disappointing.

First off this doesn't even deserve a star secondly I do not recommend northern lights emergency department. Came in by ambulance last night 10:30pm struggling to breathe, heart racing, and trouble staying alert and was made to sit in a the waiting room and then taking to a separate "waiting room" 3ish hours later.... let's just say that thank GOD I was able to bring myself out of it somehow.. still having coughing fits but hey who cares if I can fully breathe, right!? Cause this no patient care here at this damn hospital
