JoAnn is absolutely amazing. I’ve been to plenty of stores that don’t help me whatsoever, but JoAnn took her time to listen about my diabetic cat and thoroughly helped me pick a whole new diet for her. My animals love her suggestions and I will never change back from raw food after this. Really great place and attentive, friendly workers. Thank you JoAnn!

I've been going there since I moved to Maine and today when me and nibbles went for her nail trim, the woman who does her nails asked why she lost so much weight. I had explained the situation she donated to me a very special bag of natural food for my little girl to eat. Which is really awesome cuz things are tight right now and I might have to put her down very soon and she's about to turn 18 so she's no young puppy butt she really enjoys that food I just wanted to let that be known thank you very much

We came in today just to check out the store and just so happened to find a new version of his most well loved (and chewed) toy!

Favorite local pet shop! Super friendly employees and always cool/new exciting things to offer. A touch on the pricey side but for your pet worth the extra price. LOVE the self serve pet wash!

I love this store! We bring our Aussie in about once a month for a bath and some goodies. The bath is amazing, easy to use, and always stocked up with everything you need. They even have a nice blow dryer, which is essential for someone as long haired as my boy! There’s always a great variety of treats and toys for after a bath too! My Aussie adores the dried salmon and cod skin chew sticks! The bath is first come first serve so occasionally you’ll end up waiting for someone to finish, but in my experience its usually less then 15 minutes. Most the time there isn’t a wait at all, but if there is one it will probably only be a few minutes. Since it is first come first serve, if you really don’t want to wait I would recommend coming during quieter times. You could always call and ask the store how busy they are, or you could just come at weird times. I’ve found that every time I go on week days its much quieter then weekends, the earlier the better. The staff are always extremely nice and helpful too, they really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and help you.

We visited this store to use thier Dog Wash while traveling. Wonderful deep tub setup, great water pressure, quality shampoo products, towels, apron and dryer with adjustable heat. Great food, accessory selection and toys. Henry loves his new squeaky Maine Lobster toy! Knowledgeable and friendly staff too!

I called to inquire about supplements for my senior dog who was having trouble sleeping. The employee was very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone, so I decided to visit the store. When I got there, she had already picked out several choices for me and happily explained the benefits and price range of each of them. I am extremely happy with my experience and will gladly be shopping here for my pet needs from now on.

They have an awesome selection of food and products for your pet with a friendly staff. Though they didn't have everything I needed they were happy to help and make suggestions. They are also happy to have your pets come in the store. It seems they have a program you can sign up for when you bring your new puppy in that gives you some free items for your new fur baby. I will definitely be coming in a few weeks with my new puppy and signing up. They also have a self serve dogwash in the back, which I think is awesome. With such a friendly staff I will probably be a regular there. Definitely recommend.

The staff is always helpful and smiling. I get all my dog supplies here! The boys love the toy selection.

I take my dog Bowen all the time. The girls are so nice and always remember his name. He walks right up to the cash register and waits for his treats. Their selection of treats and food are thoughtfully chosen and healthy, which I love.

Love love love this place! Staff is super friendly, there is a lot of food options and some nice accessories. We went there to get a treat for our dog's birthday and we found a pupcake which is just too darn cute.

I love this store and I love the employees even more! They carry a great selection of raw food, treats and toys. I really appreciate the rewards program they offer and for certain food brands (buy 12 get 1 free). You won’t be disappointed!

🐾Maddie (13 month Labrador) and I went there this morning and used the DIY Dog Bath! Shauna was working and was very solicitous to make sure we had all we needed and that Maddie was situated. I wish I had found this location at the beginning of the summer! Highly recommend for a great bathing station (with all the necessary stuff) and great customer service!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Well stocked with higher end, all natural quality for foods that are very reasonably priced. Great selection of toys, leashes, etc. as well. If you want the best for your dog, this is the place to go.

This place is a pet food health nutrition store with alot of High quality food, the cutest toys and lots of supplies! Me and my shiba inu used there self service bath and they provided everything! They had plenty of natural shampoo to use, cotton balls and ear cleaner, nail trimmers, brushes, and a blow dryer all free to use with a purchase of a bath! Also there sprayer for the bath is so nice! The water continues to run but when you let go of the sprayer handle the water stops until you squeeze it again! I've been to other self service baths where you actually have to turn the entire water off to scrub your dog and then turn it back on and adjust the temp again. I love this place! My shiba is very anxious in public places and with baths he NEVER let's me blow dry him but in this place he let me blow dry him and didn't make a peep and started eating a treat he picked out on his own! (Usually he is to nervous to eat in public) deff coming back! 🥰
