Walgreens Pharmacy

This Walgreens has a wonderful pharmacy. The staff are always helpful and friendly, even in this tough time of Covid. The lines can be long at times right now, simply because of covid tests and shots that they must administer to and they are experiencing staffing shortages, as all businesses are right now. I am grateful to these people, because they have worked tirelessly, since day one of this pandemic. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone without hesitation.

I am relatively new customer to Walgreen's and I couldn't be happier with my experience. When I enter the store, I was actually greeted by an employee who actually seemed to be glad to see me come into the store. I primarily use the pharmacy services and I can't say enough about what a great experience it is. They have taken care of everything to get my prescriptions from my old pharmacy and/or my Doc's office as needed. When I first walked in to the store, I was in my own little world and the person working up front actually startled me with a welcome to Walgreen's. As I walked to the back where the pharmacy is, I passed another employee who startled me again when he said, "Thank you for shopping with us at Walgreen's, can I help you find anything today" and I couldn't believe it. I've been in customer service all my life and I've never been into a retail store that truly made me feel like they were happy I was in the store. It was and continues to be a fantastic experience dealing with the Brewer Walgreens. If you want to feel good you should try this store. Just remember they will startle you with great customer service, a greeting and people on the floor who are actually happy to help you if you need it. I have never been motivated to write a review before. The customer service is so extraordinary I had to write this one!

Dawn who work's at the Brewer, Maine Pharmacy is a sweetheart. She knows her stuff and Always takes the extra time to EXPLAIN thing's even if she's back-up which I GREATLY appreciate. If you have Employee of the Month she should get it. She is a huge help to Walgreens.

I have not had any issues filling prescriptions and I like the text refill system that they use. I was switched to walgreens from Rite Aid and it's been easier to refill prescriptions. However, I don't always get the full reason from their system if a prescription is declined and it can take time to find out what has gone wrong or what's needed.

WHEN SOMEONE TAKES INTO ACCOUNT THE INCREDIBLY LARGE NUMBER OF INDIVIDUAL PHARMACY LOCATIONS EXCEEDING MORE THAN 20 OPTIONS MINIMUM, RIGHT HERE IN BANGOR, WITHOUT COUNTING ANOTHER 20 OTHER LOCATIONS ONLY JUST COUNTING THE TOWNS THAT LITERALLY BORDERUS, CONNECTED THRU BANGOR BRINGING THE ROUGH ESTIMATE OF APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF AVAILABLE CHOICES WITHOUT DRIVING EVEN 5 MILES OFFERS AROUND 50 POSSIBLE PLACES TO USE.
WITHOUT A 2nd THOUGHT, MY GENUINE ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PREFERENCE BY FAR IS TJE WALGREENS PHARMACIES DEFINITELY.
MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE BECAUSE OF TREATMENT BY STAFF, CLEANLINESS, SAFETY, PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, AND RESPECT. THEN ITS ALSO LOWER COSTS ON MY PRESCRIBED MEDS, AND ADD TO ALL OF THAT THE MUCH BETTER WAITING PERIOD TOO COMPARED WITH THE NANY OTHER PLACES I TRIED FIRST BEFORE EVER TRYING WALGREENS, MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, I AM EXTREMELY GLAD THAT MY PREVIOUS PLACE I DID MY BUSINESS HAD BEEN OUT OF STOCK AND IMMENSELY MORE GLAD THAT WHILE CALLING TRYING TO FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY WITH MY MEDICATION AVAILABLE, THAT IT WAS WALGREENS THAT I WENT THROUGH.
THAT WAS SEVERAL YEARS AGO NOW AND I'VE SWAPPED ALL MY FAMILY'S PRESCRIPTIONS ALL TO WALGREENS ON BROADWAY AVE BANGOR FIRSTFIRST, AND THE SELDOM CHANCE THAT SPECIFIC WALGREENS STORE IS LOW ON COUNT THAT MOMENT, THEN THEY HELP ME AT BREWER LOCATION.

Excellent knowledgeable by their techs, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Tanya is the best in customer service. She knows that store and never fails to offer help.

I like my local Walgreens because they know me and know most of the needs for my.medicine. the ine big draw back is it takes forever for them to full a prescription. Waiting hours from the time the pharmacy opens to fill 30 pills is really unexceptable but I do stay for the personal reasons. Walgreens in Brewer was much quicker. I have been considering leaving greens for a quicker service. I live out of town and when I am td a specific time, I pay for gasoline then told another other is not a good practice. Needs improvement on the time of services rendered.
