Dina and Jack always provide outstanding customer service! Dina was incredibly helpful when looking for a product to help me complete a refinishing project. Dog friendly; treat and toy given to our furbaby. Variety of products from plants to kiddie pools, mulch, Adirondack chairs. You name it. Great for quick visits.

Always helpful and wish they were closer to where I live. If I’m in the area that’s the only hardware store I go to! Not Lowe’s ect.

Purchased hard to find Cedar Mulch that was not a blend of other materials or just red colored. Associate was very helpful with fast check out and assisted me in loading my purchase. Highly recommend Aubuchon Hardware. The big box stores are not always the only source in town.

Great staff. As soon as you walk in, someone is there to help you. The manager explained the rewards program and I am now a regular customer. Brilliant way to incentivize your customers to check with you first. Love the easy app to order paint from my phone. Saves me time and money in the rental business. Love the two store cats, Sonny and Floofy. I bring my wife in now just to visit with those cats. Have paint jobs coming up and my Brewer Aubochons will be where I pick it up.

Best local experience in a decade! My friend wanted to come here, but I am used to going to a bigger chain. I forgot the benefit of supporting the "underdog". Chris, Dina, and Scully were beyond kind and helpful. I was painting for my friend when I noticed a leak under her sink. I have done enough plumbing to get myself through. We were on an inexperienced mission. After 4 trips and all of Scully's guidance, and patience, we were able to repair the leak. Granted, it wasn't done correcly the first time, but 4 hours later we were feeling accomplished. I will never bypass the store to go to Lowes again. Thank you for one of the best Maine experiences!

Aubuchon Hardware in Brewer, Maine is a great store that is staffed with friendly and helpful employees. I try to shop local and every time I visit Aubuchon's I find what I need and feel good about shopping local instead of on line.

My experience was very pleasant. I had help from two of the employees and they were both knowledgeable and very nice.
