Delicious energizing tea, twisted tomato avocado toast, and a caramel yogurt bowl. Friendly staff. Pricey but worth it. A lovely gem on the river in downtown Brewer. Uniquely healthy options. Very refreshing. Best way to start my day.

This is a great nutritonal spot in the greater Bangor area! My wife and I stopped here for a healthy breakfast before our hike. We each had a smoothie bowl. My wife had the Green Bowl and I had the Mainer and we each added protein to the bowls. The bowls were very hearty and filling, made with fresh ingredients and kept us feeling full for hours. The menu was lengthy and full of different options like teas, coffees, smoothies, smoothie/yogurt bowls and salads. The staff was very friendly and answered all the questions we had. We highly recommend Brewer Nutrition!

I have been going to Brewer Nutrition ever since they opened their doors. Not only Do they have an incredible menu, they also offer incredible service. This is the type of business that I want to frequent. They always remember my name, they always remember what I order and above all they always treat me with nothing but kindness and respect. Taylor is a small business owner that thinks of herself as a customer and she does an amazing job doing just that! I highly recommend the raspberry yogurt bowls!!

Didn’t buy anything but husband got into an accident at the bridge and we had to wait for a tow. Woman inside was really kind and let us use the bathroom, was myself husband and daughter. Were there for a few hours. I was surprised how nice she was! Will come back to purchase something definitely! Thank you!

I absolutely loved it here! I was only visiting Bangor for a couple of days, but I made a point (it myself anyway) to make another visit.
I got the 'Raining Man Go', which had cute clouds in it using Greek yogurt, and the 'Rain Water' which I really liked in particular, it had a wonderful tartness to it.
I also got the Twisted Bagel Sandwich. It was so tasty and I'm definitely going to try my best to make it again when I get home!

LOVE Brewer Nutrition! They have the best toast, teas and smoothies/bowls in the area...Not to mention excellent customer service. I have never had a bad experience with the girls who work here, they are all very sweet and kind! If you are in brewer, definitely stop in for a visit and a pick-me-up!

Before I can even talk about the food I have to mention how great the atmosphere is and the kindness of everyone working. They were so sweet and welcoming. As for the bowl, it was packed full and definitely worth the price. It tasted fresh, sweet, and was really filling

Taylor and her team are TOP NOTCH. They know your name, your order, where you work, etc. The space is so relaxing and welcoming. The drinks are constantly good, and made the same way, by ALL staff. Her smoothie bowls are NEXT LEVEL, not protein powder, just berries. The salads are so good too, and trust me, TRY THE BLUEBERRY MAPLE COFFEE! 😍

My favorite tea is Pink Sands, Friday punch, and pineapple explosion, all lit 🔥

Tay isn't a normal nutrition shack, she's more than Herbalife teas, she's expanded into something for everyone!

Absolutely beautiful spot, the bar is long with enough room for many! Very cute decor and vibe. The choices are definitely delicious, and the menu keeps getting bigger and better! I will definitely be back to try the coming soon item!

Spicey Fruit smoothie was delicious. The ladies were very nice and friendly and will explain the benefits of the ingredients. I'd definitely recommend.

This is my new favorite place to go! I've replaced my coffee runs with smoothie runs because of these guys. Also, their toasts are AMAZING!!

Always a great experience when I go in. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The nutrition teas I get here are the best ones I’ve had in all the Bangor area, highly recommend stopping in and giving it a try.

This place is a gem!
Their food is fantastic, as well as their drinks. The staff is pleasant and friendly. The prices are very reasonable for the really healthy food they offer.

My girlfriend and I have stopped here a couple of times. We’ve had smoothies each time and they are great!
