First I’d just like to say that Tonya, who did my hair was very nice. I liked her very much so but she destroyed my hair color. Yes, I did have a previous color in prior to my balayage but should have advised that that needed to be removed. Instead, she colored on top. I wanted blonde highlights but instead I left with orange hair and different patches of blonde all over. I am very sad. I spent $240 and am extremely dissatisfied. I even cancelled the appointment I made to go back to get the rest of the highlights. She said my previous appointment went from a balayage to a color correct but that was anything but what happened. I am so embarrassed I even texted her the second day asking if she could get me in that my hair was brassy and orange. She said she would see and never text me back afterwards. I do not recommend going to her for coloring. Again she was very nice but nice isn’t going to fix my hair or replace my $240. Now I have to sit like this until I can come up with additional money to go somewhere else to have my hair fixed. I have literally been in a baseball cap since that day and now I have to go to work tomorrow. Smh.

very unprofessional. i called multiple times and no one answered the phone . i had an appointment and i wasted my time and money.
