Clean store with helpful and friendly staff. I have a couple of returns which they handled seamlessly, and the store manager helped me find a few items I needed.

Harbor freight is my platform tools I can practically get just about any tool I may need for house and garage at a reasonable price.

Great place for tools and pumps.
Needed a small pump for an irrigation project.
Bought the Predator 79cc gas powered pump and a 20 foot intake and 25 foot discharge hose here.
Simple set up and operation.
For under $300.00 I now have a simple, efficient pump that works very well.

Went there for parking lot sale. Picked up a couple items, really needing replacement. Good prices, and quality for the $. Jonathon was friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with

Bought stuff here for a whole lot less than what other stores charge. Quality of the tools is getting much better too.

One of Harbor Freight's locations that has a lot of items in stock. Aisles are neatly organized, and the staff is very friendly. If you don't see something on display, but you see it online, just ask, they might have it in the back. Usually not too busy, but it has its peak times on weekends. Parking is shared, so spots are limited near the entrance.

O.k. I've got to admit it...I think I am becoming addicted to Harbor Freight. I say this because I have purchased a bunch of tools for this kitchen redo and though I have purchased tools like a madman...I have yet to produce an ounce of work! I think the wife is on to me and if I don't start putting some tiles on the walls soon there will be an intervention coming my way. I have to say Harbor Freight does have some awesome prices and the quality of a lot of their tools is excellent for the DIY'er....or guys like me who have yet to begin DIY'ing.

This place has saved me from trouble several times. They always seem to have the tool I find myself needing, usually while underneath a car at 5pm. Prices are sometimes ridiculously low and there are tons of coupons available online. Sometimes the wait is long, but hey, it’s worth the wait to save this much cash. Just be prepared for it. If you’re careful and do your research, you’ll find some really great tools that’ll last for years. This particular store is always neat and well-organized and product is almost always in stock.

Great store with Super LOW prices. They have tools that most people do not know they even exist.

Love getting tools from here. We bought the upgraded membership so we save even more and get special deals. The staff is always helpful and accommodating if you can't load something yourself. The best part is they back their products with a warranty. Wonderful store for tools.

Good tools at a great price

I think all of their stores are basically the same and I like them. The toll selection is adequate and the prices are good. Most items are of decent quality, beware of cheap screwdrivers and get the better ones if they are something you will use often. You can go to their website and read reviews about specific items. I have bought many things from there and will continue to do so.

I love it! It's like a bargain store for cheap tools. Great for younger people to start building their tool collection. Great for "disposable" tools.
I'm not saying there low quality tools, their just not top quality tools, and the price tags reflect that. Decent serviceable tools for reasonable prices.

If you're looking for tools that are just as good as those at other auto/home improvement stores, this is your place, only that the prices do not include the competition's outrageous markups. The store is small, but filled with a lot of interesting and useful tools and gadgets. Make sure to sign up for their mail promos at their website. They send out coupons often and even let you get free stuff without any purchase!

This place is dangerous for me to go I always get a bunch of things. There return policy is good too. For the prices can't go wrong especially when it is specialty tools that won't get used very often

It's the best love the deal, and customer service is awesome but most of all management is very professional help with anything that is needed something that is truly needed in so many store's. I've been a customer for more than 10 year's and have not had a problem with any questions and any returns now that is a group of people who care about the customer thank you. Keep up the good work ethic.

Came in for a large purchase. The store Manager Jen was very helpful & always a smile on her face. This is my favorite Harbor Freight store in IL. The staff are all very helpful & inviting.

The place to shop for value priced tools. Wouldn't recommend for professional mechanics but for DIY guys like myself, this place can't be beat. Awesome prices and sales. Better than Ace hardware. They have tons of useful handy tools in here.
