Heidi has been a friend and resource as our new insurance agent, providing both guidance and quick response when the need has arisen for the submission for a simple tow reimbursement. I've been using Darlings to purchase vehicles for quite some time (We love our salesperson, Jason Hardison, and his team of professionals). When I purchased a new truck a few weeks ago, he indicated it may make sense for me to speak with his Darling's insurance agent regarding my auto insurance. I was put in touch with Jill Dery and am so happy for Jason's recommendation! Her responses to my questions were prompt and she was very knowledgable and informative about the coverages. In the end, she was able to get us much better coverages for MUCH less than we were paying with our other agency!

The Darlings Agency has worked with me for car insurance for many years, and Michelle has been so helpful and efficient in communications about my policy options. She has always been available and willing assist with my policy, or needing to change companies. Recently I added renters insurance as well, and Michelle was so great to work with and she worked quickly to make the changes that I needed.

In July of 2018 my fiance and I were in the market for a vehicle which we purchased from Darlings! However when I went to my insurance agent quoted me a price for coverage on the car it was almost a deal breaker! The price was astronomical! But the Darlings car dealership asked if I would give the Darlings Agency a shot to see if I could get a better rate. I was contacted by a wonderfully polite and professional rep named Michelle DeFilipp not only did she find me much better rates but it was evident she cared for me as an insured and more importantly a person! I switched all of my policies to the Darlings Agency as far as my fiance and I are concerned best decision we have ever made regarding insurance. Another thing i find very nice is that Michelle and Lynne are only a phone call away! and if you choose to stop in and see them they waste no time in getting to you! If your looking for a top notch insurance agency I implore you to give the Darlings Agency a shot! I think like me you'll be pleasantly surprised!!

I have had nothing but exceptional experiences with all things Darlings, so when I purchased my first home and needed a homeowners quote, Hope was the first person I called. She was exceptional from the first moment, she was very responsive and walked me through the whole process. She gave me the best price, offering me a provider a trusted, and explaining why she was recommending what she was recommending. Relationships and experience are important in this business and I feel very strongly like I got the best rate and plan possible because of Hope's experience and Darling's and Hope's relationships. The Darlings Agency recently took over all my personal and commercial insurance policies. They have been extremely helpful in the transition and while everyone has been extremely polite and helpful, if you have a need for your personal policies you have to talk with Heidi. She is awesome and she knows her stuff!

I can't say enough of this agency...especially dealing with Pam MacCrae. She took care of saving me $200/yr for auto insurance AND getting me house insurance. What a dedicated person for Darlings to have.

I arrived at work on Monday morning and water was gushing out of my furnace. Luckily, someone at the Darling's Insurance Agency had the foresight to include a mechanical breakdown rider on my insurance through Hartford Steam Boiler Insurance. Due to the complete mechanical failure of the boiler, it has to be replaced, and the insurance company is going to cover it to my complete surprise. Thank you so very much to Darling's Agency for advising my in my personal and business insurance. This coverage was a silver lining to an otherwise challenging situation, specifically losing a boiler in the middle of January in Maine. 5 stars all the way.
