The customer service my wife and I received on 3-16-24 was great. As first time customers the rep educated and assured us with what we were looking for they had. After making a purchase and trying their product this is a place that I would go out of my way to go back too.

The Vault has to be the highest quality shop in the area. All their flower looks awesome, but their top grade is better than a lot premium grows ive tried in California and Amsterdam.

Plus the employees are cool and took the time to go over some of the strains and explain their favorites. I was kind of blown away. Like so much that I felt the need to leave a review and save others the time I wasted checking out the other shops. Haha. Seriously, this place is worth checking out.

Everything about this place is awesome. The girl behind the counter was super sweet. First time at a dispensary was with The Vault (which they gave me a free pre-rolled House Blend for being a new customer), so I didn't know what to expect. I'm indecisive as hell and couldn't decide between strains. After telling her what I wanted it for, she was very helpful on narrowing down what would be best. I was on the fence about a certain kind that I didn't want to commit to the full amount I was getting and she gave me a gram to try for free which was so sweet of her. Couldn't decide between 2 others, so she helped me split up the amount to try both. The customer service itself is 5/5, the prices were cheap and they're willing to accommodate and help out their customers, and on top of that, you get store reward-like credit with them to put towards future purchases. I've tried their edibles as well and they're just as great! Will definitely be coming back for future needs.

This place is great. I am new to all of this natural product for pain and they were so helpful and took time to explain everything. They walked me through how it all works and what to expect. It is small and not as big a selection as some places, but the prices are good and the atmosphere is welcoming. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful storefront, great atmosphere. Large variety of smokeware and THC products. By far the best prices I’ve seen for amazing flower. The girl behind the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable I was greeted with a smile and we had good conversations about cannabis. I was BLOWN away by the Strawberry Cheesecake. The aroma was out of this world. Pure strawberry with a solid hint of cheesecake. Great smoke, great high.

The Miami Mami was a great smoke as well. Beautiful buds. Nice and purple.

This is my absolutely favorite place to visit. The quality is amazing. You definitely will love anything you try. Huge variety to choose from. Must check out you won’t be disappointed. I’ve visited so many different medical dispensary and I couldn’t find a better quality in what they provide. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. You definitely will drive outta your way to visit after you try it I promise.

We discovered this gem a while back. Their bud is consistently good, their service is as knowledgeableas they are kind. Their cooler always has what I need from the Hash Infused juices to the Buzzed Bakery goodies. My favorite item is by far their Hash Rosin(!), it is the best for the under 50 dollar range.

Second time there and have now met all employees; very hard working. One employee let me know they sell about 80% of what they grow. Very nice and satisfying strains, dabs, and variety of popular edibles. The place is one of my favorites!

Best medical dispensary I have been to. Very friendly and a pretty big selection. The prices are really cheap especially for concentrates. They have very good tasting edibles and even threw in a little extra for me!

By far some of the best buds I've seen around all of Kennebec County!! Not only that, but they have sample jars of each strain on display, complete with a magnifying glass in the cover, lined right up on the counter and ready for you to take a closer look at! In front of each jar is the name of each strain along with a nice little description 😊
I have social anxiety, and sometimes I have a hard time with talking to new people. But every time I've been to The Vault I feel like I'm stopping in to see some old friends. Very welcoming and friendly environment, very knowledgeable staff, and you can really tell that these guys care more about their customers and the quality of their products, than they do about the money, which seems to be a pretty rare thing these days!! I get nothing but good vibes from all of the folks here 🥰

One of the things that I specifically travel out to The Vault for, is the 300mg THC chocolate bars that they sell. They have a bunch of different flavors to choose from, in a variety of different chocolates! I've also tried some other chocolate bars and edibles from other dispensaries, in various strengths, and none of them have given me nearly the same relief from my back pain as the 300mg bars that they sell here!! I don't know why that is, or what it is about these ones that makes them work so well for me, but they completely take away any back pains I might be having in the evening, and some nights it's a stabbing sharp pain. A couple of times when it's hurt like that I've taken ibuprofen and tylenol and it has barely touched the pain. But then, 3-4 hours later, I ate a couple-few squares of one of these THC chocolate bars and the pain just melted away within 30min. I was actually surprised the first time it happened because that wasn't my intention/reason for taking it the first time I noticed it take my back pain away!
Plus, combined with a little toke or 2 of some 'Scout's Honor' bud, I'm able to fall asleep quickly, AND stay asleep the whole night, ensuring that I get a full night of good rest.
P.S. I discovered the Scout's Honor bud here at the vault too, I would DEFINITELY only recommend this strain for when you're going to sleep though!!!!!

Lastly (but still importantly 😉 ) on Tuesdays at The Vault it is 'Turpey Tuesdays' and you can score some awesome concentrates at a nicely discounted rate!! Just call the store for more details about it!

I 10/10 reccomend coming here for your medical needs! The manager and employees provide such a positive environment and amazing knowledge about products. If you haven't checked them out now is the time to do so!
