Great company to work for. They care about each and every driver. They care about equipment. They will run you all the miles you want. Won't leave you sitting unless you ask to sit. Definitely recommend this company. Been here 4 years. 1 1/2 years as a company driver and 2 1/2 years as an owner Op. Hoping to retire here. Great place to be a city driver home every night, over the road and if they have openings owner Op. They keep the owner ops small because they don't make much money off of us.

I worked in the office for a couple years, the office staff I promise you does everything in their power to get their drivers good paying loads and get them home when the drivers want to be home. The people that work in the office truly do care about the drivers and their day to day happiness with their job. If you want to work for a company that has the drivers happiness at the top of the list of priorities then NDL is the best place to work.

The best small trucking company to work for they truly treat you as a person they care about not a driver number not a place for rookies loads are mostly 80000 lbs and locations are not driver friendly you need extensive backing and pre plan tripping to avoid damaging equipment and fixed object collisions but I truly will work for less cpm to be taken care of by the wonderful office personnel the outstanding maintenance department and most of all the owner is one hell of a good man you can talk to at any time of day or night to accomplish you assignment and a selected few key drivers who will drop everything no matter location or time of day to help you out aka Cameron and fellow combat vet dan.

This is the best company I have ever worked at they take care of there works
As for me personally I am able to live a very good life The pay is great here
