The Mustard Seed Thrift on Mission

This place is phenomenal and their mission & vision are so heart felt!! The thrift store is fabulous! My women's ministry (Fountain of Faith Christian Center, Women of the Word, Louisville, KY) volunteered there for community service today. Jessica and her staff were so accommodating and kind!! We had so much fun!! We were so blessed to have been able to fellowship and serve today! They have very unique items in their store. When you come give yourself at least an hour to look and roam and Shop! 😃 I recommend this place to anyone!! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾Kudos for what you do!

Great place and nice people. I do believe this is Christian ran and operated. You can volunteer to work around the store to help with costs because the majority of the money is donated I believe. But this leads to some stuff being missed placed throughout the store.

The workers are the best. Always friendly. I know many of them by name. It's quickly became very popular. They turn around a lot of inventory. Stop in early often to find the good stuff.

Support a store with a mission- they provide help for victims of different types of abuse.

They have a decent selection of clothing and other items and the employees were friendly. What I appreciate most though is that most of the profits go towards helping women and children in abusive situations. It's a nice little place that is doing a great job in helping those who need help.

The store has a very inclusive, comforting feel to it. Uplifting music playing softly throughout your quest for the perfect, yet thrifty item that speaks to you. This item, aided by the inviting environment, inspires the hunt for complementary items . These items could include,purses shoes,belts,jewelry, or other separate items
I found two complete ensembles, both utilizing the same skirt. I enjoyed picking them out and knowing what a great deal I got. Additionally I am warmed by the fact that I am supporting a mission that I believe in I really enjoyed the entire experience!

More often than not, I run into a dear old friend while at the Mustard Seed. Which I did today. What a gift it was. All the while, we are supporting the awesome mission. I scored on an beautiful wall hanging. "Teach me your way O LORD. Lead me in a straight path." Psalm 27:11

This is a nice little shop, prices are a bit higher than at Goodwill, but the items appeared to be nicer as well. Found a lovely long sleeved shirt for about 7$ here that would probably cost around 50 new.
Will definitely come again from time to time!

Very nice. Love shopping at The Mustard Seed. Books are always only 47 cents. They always have lots of cool costume jewelry. Like many thrift stores, you never know what bargains you're going to find. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The proceeds benefit victims of abuse.

Absolutely awesome, very clean and a large variety of items. Clothing and shoes are in excellent condition. Prices are very reasonable, furniture in very good condition. I will go many more times, highly recommend going out to see the awesome items available! 5 Stars

First time there, very nice atmosphere, I bought dishes and a coffee table. I appreciated the assistance from the gentleman who helped bring it to my car and put it in it. God bless everyone there, I will be back!

Really great clothes, accessories, shoes, household items The staff is super friendly. Great variety of clothes and sizes. Extremely organized. Almost every clothing item cost $4.57.

Love this place clean nice staff very friendly always asks if we need help . please people dont give to good will ! Give to mustard seed or salvation army . look in to guy that owns good will see how rich he is . i had no money and insurance wouldnt pay for a pair of crutches for my husband who was disabled at age of 2 asked good will who had $10 on a pair of crutches that was used asked if they could do a little less said they dont so charity ! salvation army gives me them when ever they get them free and the mustard seed are so reasonable on clothes and stuff so i know if they get them in they wont be high like ole rich good will

Best prices, beautiful things. This place has pleasant workers (volunteers) and beautifully decorated. Both locations are worth the deive from my house in east KY.

Wonderfully organized, clean store, friendly employees & a great cause. Well worth making drive to check it out.
