I don't often shop Augusta, but I needed parts for some new gear for my podcast, The Rural Perspective. I got new headphones and some adapters. I will DEFINITELY go back, they are very well stocked and super friendly!

All the guys here are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They have a nice selection of guitars. I had been in the market for my first acoustic, then I played some of the Breedloves they had and had to buy one. Discovery S CE in all African Mahogany!

These guys are awesome. Brought my kid in with his broken guitar. They fixed it in minutes and charged a more than reasonable price.

Stopped in during a road trip from Utah for some medium gauge banjo strings. They hooked me up quickly and were also kind enough to let me use their employee only bathroom. I greatly appreciate the kindness of Musician’s 1st Choice!!

Had a problem with my amplifier. Steve fiddled with it about 5 minutes, figured out the problem and charged me nothing. These guys are always excellent, even to a guy like me who just dubs around with a guitar for my own enjoyment. Hats off to Steve and all the crew. You guys are the best!

Went with a friend to help with a guitar purchase. Played some lovely Martin and Gibson acoustics. Steve Jones was very helpful. The store has a uniquely relaxed and friendly atmosphere. With many, many fine instruments. I ended up purchasing a bass amp that came highly recommended by Steve. It was an unplanned purchase on my part but so glad I got it! My friend bought a pre-owned Gibson Hummingbird acoustic that he is quite happy with.

They have something for drummers, guitar shredders, singers and bass players. Floyd Rose tuning driving you 55? Very Nice workers and a great selection! The stock will surprise you and the prices are extremely fair. Great selection of parts for popular models as well which is not too common in music stores.

I was just in there with both my Taylors with a question on truss rod adjustment and strings sounding dead. Good conversation. Questions answered. Advice given. Verified I did a good job. Left happy. Knowing I completely trust the team and will continue to come back. Love the GS Mini I bought here in December. Exactly the guitar I was looking for. Very helpful and knowledgeable, but No pressure sales. They just wanted me to pick my guitar. Thank you.

Musicians First Choice is a first rate, locally owned shop. It's nothing but a pleasure to do business with these outstanding people! It's always nice seeing Steve Jones and Tom does outstanding setup work! I couldn't be more pleased! My first choice over big box any day.
