Spacious, easy access, "Children's Discovery Library," "Reading Room" (right on the river😁).

Love the kids room- that is totally enclosed! Great for the winter months when there is not much else to do. Great selection of books and the staff is great!

This library has a great children’s room. I love visiting this library with my kiddos. Lots of fun events for the toddlers too!

We love it at the library. The staff is wonderful and friendly. My kids are little wildlings with lots of questions but they never bat an eye. They keep in step with them and create a safe space for kids to experience what the library has to offer.

My hype level for libraries went up big time today.

I grew up coming to this library, but hadn't been in years. Today I stopped in with my folks to see the new building, and we were BLOWN AWAY. This place is breaking down all your old ideas of what a library is. No grumpy librarian shushing you (we were encouraged to speak normally in the common areas!), no dingy dark corners (there's huge windows and skylights everywhere!), AND it's so much more than just books. There's a free 3D printer, a whole lab or converting old tapes/records to digital, a big beautiful sunroom that looks out over the river, and everyone working there was so kind and excited to share what they're doing. Special thanks to the Director, Joe Gross, who happily dropped what he was doing to chat and give us a personal tour. 10/10 would recommend going to the RDL!

Great selection and awesome attention by the staff. COVID has unfortunately moved community and children's programs online, but they work hard to provide events for the community it serves. We are fortunate to have this facility.

One of the best libraries I've been to! All the people I've met there through anime club are very nice, I love talking to the librarians, and great book selections for people of all ages. 11/10, would read again.

Amazing library. There are a lot of resources, and even study rooms for those who need it. There's a history room, reading lounge, balcony, and children's area and teen's area. Very helpful staff.

Beautiful new building with friendly and helpful staff that know what we want before we do! Can't wait for all the activities to be available!!

I absolutely luv the Random District Library cause it has the best book selections for kids and adults also it has fun events every one can participate in
