Awesome store, it’s so nice to have a hardware store in downtown Plainwell. Great customer service and always knowledgeable.

Also love that I can refill my propane tanks before a camping trip.

One of my 2 go to's for all of my harware/supply needs. Always friendly and willing to help. If they don't have it, they can help get it.

This place is the this place is the epitome of a mom and pop family-owned in America. I'm trying to support them as much as possible. They have an excellent selection and specialty nuts bolts and several hard to get fasteners.

Very clean and well organized hardware store. Well lit with friendly, helpful staff. Always fun to see the dog in the store and pet it a little. Great for quick trips and fast shopping for those one off items. Plenty of parking with some spots right up front. They have pretty much whatever you need for any type of home maintenance project. Sometimes a bit more expensive than the big boxes, but way way more convenient.

I was helped right away and they have a lot of great tools and hardware in stock. I would definitely drive here for 20 min than 10 min to menards into kalamazoo.

They sell some extremely cool things here! Such as the bug assault!! Check them out!

Prices are as you'd expect for a smaller hardware store. Their customer service is good. They offer double rewards points for military and veterans.

Ace hardware has better brand names and has an unbeatable selection of nuts bolts fastener specialty accessories of all different types of material. They have far better selection than any other retail store when it comes to these things. Furthermore they are family owned franchises owned by small business owners. You get better customer service and more friendly knowledgeable atmosphere it's worth the little extra money to go to this place shop here first always!

This is a very good store to go to and I think they might still have it not sure but there used to be a dog inside that would greet you!

This is I believe the best Ace Hardware I've been in because your never just standing there lost or with questions because they're always checking to see if you need help answering questions or telling you where to find things. It's not only great customer service but it's a plus when their cute pup is there to greet you🐾😁 I just love the options and help!

They always do such a great job of helping me out. I have never felt unsafe, looked down upon, or taken advantage of when I am in there by myself and the owner himself had often been the one that helps me out. Also live seeing the dog that runs around on occasion! This is a great addition to our community.

I came to the store for a drive belt for my riding mower. Sam greeted me right as I entered and asked how he could help! I explained my needs and he and Gary hopped right on task and got me what I needed! Awesome customer service!
