Burger King

Staff was friendly. Food was hot and fresh. Lady on counter was very helpful. Her name was Laura.

I've been leary of Burger King since the one in my hometown left much to be desired but this BK washed that all away. The food was great and the staff were helpful and even funny.

Food was hot and delicious, the crew was polite, attentive.. It's a shame the other Burger Kings in area can't find a crew like this. Oh wait, they've closed most of the store. Hmm... Way to go employees of 261 Burger King!

Buns should be cooked so they aren't so doughy, but great food and very nice drive thru staff. Service was fast even tho the customers were specific. Very nice job!

Food, drink and price was good.

I love the impossible whopper. It's hard to find good vegetarian burgers and why Burger King is the only place that serves the impossible burger is beyond me.

Okay so it took over an hour to get through the drive through. But there were 3 dudes toal working that night and they were working their butts off for a line of maybe 15 cars. They listened very well and made my order perfectly. I'd tip them if that were how it worked.

They *always get my order right. The food is generally fresh. Most important ~ they are always mice and polite while having sense of humor AND fix any issue without a problem- even if it's my fault!

Fast, good, hot food, polite service

It was a pretty solid visit. The food came out really fast, it was cooked properly (no tomatoes on my burger) and it was pretty fresh. I'd definitely go back.
The only thing I would have changed: the lady that took my order looked a bit unkempt. Her shirt was untucked and it had visible stains on it. She was nice. It didn't have much of an effect on my visit, but it was very noticeable.

Oh my...it's been a while since I had a delicious hamburger. I chose a whopper today. Met my expectations! 🍔🍟🥤 In my 🚘 having a lunch break with my son.

Sidney Hufnagel made me the best spaghetti and meatballs here. By far the best authentic Mexican restaurant I’ve been to. She also works at envision across the street and sold nearly 100 units for me. Bright worker.

Pam is the only employee who works- the rest literally point work out for her to do while standing there.

My favorite BK in kzoo, the store is spotless and the staff is always incredibly friendly... perhaps too friendly. They're so warm and accommodating that everything before and after my brief time with them feels empty and gray. I'm so depressed and no amount of water drank or walks in nature have woken me from this waking sleep I suffer day in and day out... Except for when I'm at my favorite Burger King! Thanks for being the only thing I have to live for! 🤠

I haven’t even eaten my food. But I was more so impressed with the patience and attitude of the young man and lady at the drive through window. They were busy and extremely nice lol it’s my pregnancy hormones but I was so happy about that

Rating a burger king seems a little cheesy. But, I will say, this store is clean and the food is good and what you expect when you order it. The building has been recently remodeled. Friendly staff too.

Best fast food in Kalamazoo 😉 really quick service but food quality doesn't suffer like McDonalds. The people are always so kind and personable. Clean dining area. Good energy.

Just got a pup cup for my fur-son. He was very happy and burped his compliments to the chef. StanLee the wonderdog gives 5 stars!

I had really good costumer service. The staff was eager to help me out with menu options, and they even came to check on us while eating. 10/10😎
