I want to send a huge thank you to Jake at the Plainwell, MI store. I received the wrong online order and was having trouble getting ahold of customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure my order was corrected and sent to me before Christmas. Thank you again for saving my son's Christmas!

A good place to go and get games to play

Worker was friendly and not overbearing. Prices were decent and selection was good. It is a smaller than average game stop but has all the basics plus some.

Better than perfect.

Super friendly staff know almost all of them by name now. Everytime you walk in you are greeted and it's never super busy except for on deal days like Christmas eve so its usually a relaxed experience. They answer any and all questions you have about stock. And above all else they are gamers just like me so I can really have nerdy discussions.

This is the store tbh. The staff is all super friendly and more than willing to help you find what you need. They have great suggestions for games and accessories to fit your needs. Hands down best store in southwest michigan!

Transitioning to ps5, Sold the ps4 here, they game me every dime it was worth on their site, pretty competetive value. The Store is clean, (Important during the plague) They offered free facemasks, no hassle, I would recommend this store

Looking for a particular item didn't find it there but the guy was nice about all around trying locate one for us very nice excellent customer service

Friendly and helpful staff. Store was very clean and organized. Small store but overall better than either of the Kalamazoo locations.

The manager specifically is a great guy for customer service and experience. He makes the visit fun. Plus the other employees are helpful and the store is well maintained.

As a customer of gamestop for quite a while now, I must say that although this store is tiny compared to most other gamestops, it is by far my favorite one. The employees are so nice and I have never had an issue with customer support or anything like that.

Had a great experience only dropped by for a second but Jake helped me get my Xbox one diagnosed and also gave it a good ole dust 😂 supper appreciated

One of the better Gamestops with friendly people. Only downside is it's a smaller space so it's hard to find clearance items like the other stores have on display
