The customer service was great from Eddie and Becca. They listened to what I needed and explained the different phone options that I could upgrade. They didn't push items on me but were informative. They helped out my whole family who needed new phones. Highly recommend.

Will was super helpful when I broke my phone and needed to upgrade. Very friendly and explained all the available options and pricing. This is the second time he's helped us out, the first being in September when my husband was due for an upgrade. Thank you for making the process easy!

Eddie, Becca, and William have been more than helpful every time I have stopped in there in the last few weeks. When I shattered my phone, they were able to help me find the best deal to replace and upgrade my phone. They also installed both my screen protector and camera protector! When I was in a car accident a couple weeks later, they helped me replace my shattered screen protectors and when the product was faulty, they were able to easily resolve that issue. I have to say that these employees not only care about what is best for you as a customer but also for you as a person. They have been able to help my entire family upgrade in the last few weeks and they have been the best resources. We sure are lucky to have them at our Plainwell branch.

Mitch gave outstanding customer service. He helped me set up my new iPad.. he got me all the necessary accessories needed for the new phone. He also helped me with my watch. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. He did a great job. Usually I dread switching my phone over but he made it very very simple.

NEVER!! EVER!!! EVERRR!!! Have I been able to walk into a tech/phone company and immediately feel at home. Will was such a genuine person who treated me with professionalism and respect. I felt like he cared about his job and most of all me and my happiness. It wasn't just about the sale for him, he listened he understood and he explained when I needed it all without me having to ask. Will is definitely a positive and amazing asset to that store and the managers should be honored and grateful that they have him representing them. It's hard in today's age to find humans like Will around. He definitely was an old soul with a young vibrant energy. Pleasing to the eyes ears and taste of anyone walking in that store especially me. He was opposite of everything I expected to experience and I'm just so glad that there are great people especially young that still exist in this hard trying economy.

These words can only very slightly express my feelings of my experience that day at at&t... because there truly aren't words to describe how amazing he is as a person and employee I would and I have spoke highly about him and my experience that day to many other people I know so they can go thru and witness the same thing I did....

The store was great your phone customer service is awful. I tried calling customer service 4 times and couldn't get through to a real person. I'm being charged more then I was told on the phone when I set this up.
