Anthony (Tony 🤌) and Micheal (Mike 🪖) were SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL!!! I went in with my sister and mom to upgrade our phones and they were so helpful and honest with us the entire time. They answered any questions we had and helped us with any concerns. They told us about this special deal going on and help my sister and I get set up with new apple watches too! They ordered my apple watch and got it in no time. I came back a couple days later and they remembered me and helped me get my watch all set up. Both Tony and Mike were VERY personable and easy to be around. Doing great work there!! Keep it up 👍

This story has far exceeded my expectations. Their customer service really did go beyond what I thought anyone was even willing. We had a challenge that they worked hard to overcome, and I'm really appreciative. Out of the Verizon stores in the area, the one in Plainwell is the best!!!

Mike v is the man he always is such a great help. He cares he does a fantastic job, and you can tell he cares about giving the best customer service exp possible. I have purchased multiple phones from him and it’s always a great exp. Basically the chuck norris of cellphone customer service!

Went in today to get my daughter a new phone for Christmas. Was helped by Mike V. He was amazing and so helpful, very informative, and super nice. It was quick and easy. Will be going back for my new phone soon!

I didn't know it was possible to have my husband's phone information transferred to his new phone so fast.15 minutes and it was completed. Where as I had mine done in Kalamazoo 12 hours is what it took. We will definitely be coming to Plainwell Verizon from now on. Anthony really knows his stuff! Mike V. Is very good at showing me new stuff on my phone also that I never knew. Thank you to both of them for teaching me things I never knew about my phone.

After having a negative experience at a different Verizon store I decided to stop into the Plainwell location and I’m so glad I did. Anthony was extremely helpful and patient with me as he answered all of my many questions. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store for all my future cell phone needs!

Excellent service. No wait! Anthony was very helpful. Could have sold me a SIM card but figured out how to save me $40 instead and fix the issue!
