Jason and his staff made our grad party remarkable! The food was great and we received many compliments, as it was literally coming off the smoker and being served fresh and hot. Guests were wanting to know who was catering. The staff were on top of it, and allowed us to enjoy the party. Clean up was a cinch as they handled all of it! The display of the food was also beautiful and inviting. Very pleased with the service and would hire again.

I've never been one who likes Brats; however thought I would give some of these "new" flavors a try. Apple & Cheddar was the best tasting brat ever! I can't wait to try the other flavors we got. The place is really clean, owner/employee very professional, all around great environment. We will DEFINITELY be returning once our stash runs out! Tri-tip for supper tonight! Can't wait.

Great prices, best tri-tip I've ever had, look for the blackened ones if they have any in stock! Amazing brats with tons of different fillings to choose. Owner was super friendly in helping pick meat to smoke for a party I had coming up.

Everything, I've gotten has been high quality. Over 20+ brats to choose from. I have not had one i haven't liked yet. The best Tri Tips Around. Bacon wrapped pork loin is out of this world. Large selection. They have chicken, pork, fish, bacon wrapped shrimp, and much more.

Very knowledgeable and the best meat around. There's nothing like free range, grass fed beef. They even bagged and loaded one and a half cows worth of beef for me. A+ service!

This is a great meat shop with a variety 0f products. If you have questions on how to prepare something you can always ask Jason the owner or Mark his assistant. Both are culinary experts.
