AT&T Store

The sales staff was great at this location. The gentleman who helped me was extremely patient,honest, and informative. The store was very clean, and I could tell the employees actually cared and strive for a positive working environment. It's been 7 years since my last phone upgrade, so my catching up with the whole process was super slow, and I appreciate all the help!
Unfortunately, i have to add that I did visit the other at&t location on E. Mich ave in Jackson first. I experienced the complete opposite. I walked in was somewhat greeted and explained. I was looking for a new phone and an extension on my contract.
($$ right?) The guy sitting at the desk would not even get out of the chair told me they don't have any of the phones. I was interested in in stock and basically did not seem interested in answering my questions about the device even though he did not have one In stock. I tried to look past that initially. But I honestly was the only person in the store He made me feel like there was better things to do. Conclusion, it worked out for the Best. Because I enjoyed my experience. Upgrading and meeting the sales staff at the other location. I would highly recommend visiting the AT&T location near Jackson crossing mall.

Bryan and Connor were both fantastic in assisting my husband and I with switching over to AT&T wireless. They went above and beyond in helping us select phones, plans, and setting up our new phones that we selected. I appreciated their knowledge and their patience. If you are looking for help in choosing wireless with excellent customer service, I highly recommend this location.

The store manager, Connor, accomplished our tasks when no other AT&T employee could! He showed amazing patience, knowledge & fortitude. His customer service skills are ABOVE any we have experienced to date. Thank you Connor! PS... never leave.

Went to the store to get new phones, and Apple Watches. Skyler was working by herself and had a packed lobby, but she kept at it, by far the best experience I’ve ever had in an AT&T store. She was prompt with every question we had she was very knowledgeable, and we were able to maintain small talk during the transfer over of our phones. She made sure we got the next step program unlike the last guy who was the manager at this store. Hands down great employee

Conner went above and beyond tonight! Came in 45 minutes before close to troubleshoot an issue. Upgraded the phone and began to transfer info. A process that should have taken a few minutes turned into 2 hours. I felt horrible, but Conner was in it for the long haul. He deserves a raise for his amazing patience, kindness, and dedication. He earned my trust, and my business will be coming to him moving forward.

Connor helped me get a new Samsung phone with protection for a great price. Highly recommend these guys, will continue to go here over west ave.

Everything was explained with the new phone and the trade-in. Both men we had help from were very knowledgeable. We will go over to that side of town with our ATT, Galaxy or other phone problems or purchases.

Gavin is awesome! He assisted me with a very difficult transaction and helped me navigate AT&T mobile customer service with ease after I had previously spent and hour and a half on the phone with them and did not reach a resolution. His patience, product and process knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills stand out and I am leaving the store an impressed customer.

Went in to set up directv internet and, Connor was super helpful with everything and got it all set up with no hassle. I will continue to go to this location in the future

Gavin was extremely professional and prompt—took time to answer all of my questions and jumped through all the typical irritating hoops involved with getting a new phone, setting it up and dealing with their internal customer service. He even stayed past close to get the job done. Can’t find customer service like this anymore. Nice job!

I went to this store on East Michigan Ave., and was greeted by Shannon and Doug who were very friendly and helpful. My phone is a little older and I had been trying to use straight talk as my service provider but the customer service and reception was so poor I decided to switch. Shannon worked with me to get an affordable plan and get my phone switched. Even though straight talk is a prepaid plan they had locked my phone, something prepaid plans aren’t supposed to do. Shannon was able to get it unlocked and signed up with AT&T. Very helpful, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing service, went in to fix my landline and I got a brand new Samsung for free Bryan and Doug were super amazing and helpful. Will go here for all my phone help from now on.

I needed help porting my number over to ATT and Connor was very helpful and patient during the entire process. I’ll definitely recommend that store to others.

Love the look of the new style of store! had a great time today getting my upgrade! Drake and Jared helped me decide what device i wanted to upgrade to and also told me about a fantastic deal i would get with tablet that I could use as a portable reciever for my directv service. The people working this store are top-notch! The man who helped me was friendly and helpful. While there, I witnessed another employee helping a customer with Customer Service and I was impressed! She stuck with the customer’s issue until she got it resolved and she was tenacious!! A good store with good employees.
