Attentive staff, performed on the preferences, worked with my budget, including the vase! Thank you for the attention to detail on the birthday flowers I ordered for my dear friend who lives in Allegan. I live in Los Angeles, and it is great to now have a trusted florist for future celebrations. She was thrilled! The bouquet arrived fresh and beautiful! The driver called ahead of time and stated exactly where the flowers were delivered.

They did an amazing job on my wedding flowers and flowers on my arch. They worked with me long distance and were so helpful in the planning process. The arrangements turned out beautiful!

I live in Washington state and called this shop to see if they could deliver flowers to a memorial service the next day. The store was unfortunately out of fresh flowers (due to high demand), and offered artificial flowers instead. After asking about my price point, I was kindly offered a few different options over the phone, with each option described in full detail... not only did the wonderful staff in the shop make sure my needs were taken care of, but the flowers that were sent to the memorial service far exceed what I had imagined in my mind! Thank you for going above and beyond for myself as well as my family members and friends!

I called the shop at 10am and requested 12 bouquets…with specific colors choices and I needed them by 3pm. Not only were they ready before 2pm, they were so much better than I anticipated. A true gem for Plainwell! Pam and her staff of great ladies are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes I need an arrangement to send to someone and other times I just need some loose fresh flowers for myself. Each time I am there they take the time to chat with me... and boy can I chat. Made a last minute order for funeral flowers the night before the service. Made the order online and received an email first thing the next morning saying they received it, and were coming in early to make sure it got to the funeral home in time. Really appreciated the extra effort, especially because we ordered from out of state and couldn't attend. Much better than the national online order companies and much more reasonable prices! We had our wedding the end of September 2019 and had flowers delivered and they were nothing short of amazing!! We couldn’t believe the quantity and quality of flowers for the price we paid! This place is great customer service top notch and flowers were breathtaking!!

Love! Love! Love! This flower shop is the best. They do unique arrangements that I've not seen at other larger shops in town. Whenever I have a request I think nobody will understand, they always bring my vision to life. They also work with local flower growers which is a big plus in my book. I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's a good thing they deliver to 23+ zip codes. :)
