It's fine. They've stepped up their customer service game, lately. Employees actually greet customers now. They don't always have what I need. But that's why I normally visit Menards. Can't beat Menards.

We have never had any problems with getting what we need at Home Depot! We make frequent trips as we are making some upgrades to our home. We’ve gotten a variety of things from paint and new outlets to our washer and dryer!

Everyone we ran into was very helpful. My elderly father was in need of some plywood and needed it cut before taking it home. The young man was nice and professional. Made the cuts exactly like my father wanted.

Came in after some paint, Susan was super helpful and very knowledgeable, she went above and beyond with assistance on choosing what we needed, there was no question that I had she didn’t have an answer for, was super helpful and dropped what she was doing to assist us!

11/13/22 - The HD currently has a multi-position ladder for $99, normally over $200. Multiple customer service reps helped me out from getting me to the person I needed to get to, as well as the person who actually went outside (out back) to grab a ladder since the shelves were empty.

Great customer service and a great price for a solid ladder.

I visited the Plainwell, Michigan location. Was immediately greeted upon entering the store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Worked with me from start to finish and never made me feel rushed. This big chain store in a small town, you really get great customer service.

I ordered a item online and had a question about it so I called and the woman that answered the phone was very polite and helpful

My husband and I went to this location yesterday to get some baseboards and trim for a home project and one of the workers, Russ was super helpful! We were impressed by his knowledge of the materials and his help with cutting a long list of different sizes and keeping track of all of them 😊 Russ is definitely someone we hope is acknowledged for his kindness and hard work 🙏🏻

Staff are friendly and helpful. Hard to down play a place I spend so much time and money in. I buy most of my tools here. The Husky brand are ergonomic and work well. I just replaced a 3/8 rachet without a single issue.

Excellent place to shop - both for home improvement related items, but I also like to get my gardening items here.. and usually get my yearly annuals from Home Depot.
I also appreciate how helpful, friendly, and courteous the staff are here.

I went to the Home Depot in Plainwell to buy some paint.
I picked a color, and they made it perfectly. however it looked more pink than I liked..No problem. Dez and Shane consulted, and figured out how to get the color I wanted from the existing gallons!
They were pleasant, kind and efficient even though it was my mistake.
I am ever so grateful…..the customer service was exceptional and I left happy.
By the way..Tammy the cashier helped me remember their names, with a big smile.

Always a nice, clean store with friendly staff!

It was pretty easy I didn't really need help although I figured the worker would like helping and I think it makes the day go by a little quicker. If he was super busy sorry man I appreciate the help anyway.
