Walmart Vision & Glasses

Above and beyond! I locked my keys in my car and came in to see if I could use a phone. The three young ladies in there jumped into action and got a tow truck for me. They even came out to the parking lot to deliver a message from the tow truck driver!! If they took that good of care of me just being a stranded motorist- imagine if I was an eye customer!! Great customer service and I'm not even a customer yet!

Very nice staff. Always willing to work with my schedule to fit me in for an appointment. Any time I have a question, they are always very informative. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get an eye exam, glasses or contacts!

Ive been getting glasses from here for 10 years, never had any problems. The optometrist is friendly and very accredited. The optometry assistants will go above and beyond to help you pick out frames and describe all the different options you can have. They are honest and dont screw around too so 5/5 star rating.

I have used them for years. Always good service. The price is right. They take the time to adjust your specs to perfection. Be patient if they are busy. they will give you the same time and attention as the other guy.

I've gotten as good of care here as any other optical/vision place I've ever been.

Excellent service, the tech's and Dr were very personable and professional.

Be careful when you get a display model. They will not discount that. That does not seem fair. And I spoke to the manager and she refused to give any discount. You just don't get the service that you used to.

Good value if u are needing glasses, however my son had an eye infection. I went in today paid cash. I told the doc my son is ALLERGIC TO SULFAS. So he says ok, I go to the pharmacy and my insurance doesn't cover the drops because it the pharmacy says the doc did not keep up w the credentials needed for insurance 🙄 (alarming in itself) so I pay. I get home give him a drop , within an hour his eye swells up and is inflamed. Yep contains sulfa, because what do I know. Now I have to spend more time at an urgent care. So I've wasted my time and money. No after hours line btw. I really really hate when I'm not listened too. I should have just taken him to urgent care I guess. So frustrated 😠
Edit.... not much of an apology this morning and off to urgent care for his reaction to sulfa
(I've been taking my kids here for a few decades , my prescription for drops for them were covered until now, however my real frustration is having STATED he is allergic to sulfa)

Called yesterday (5/28) to request Sunday and Monday hours. The clerk responded 12-5 Sunday and 10-6 for the holiday.

It's now 12:15 and the recording states they are closed.

I know it's walmart, but c'mon....
