We went to JCPenney's 5:30 on Black Friday. That morning they were handing out coupons to everyone who walked through the door. My wife and I were the first winners of the day with a $500 gift card! The total of my discounts that day was $1,096.52

Over a 1000 weave for sheets, smooth and beautiful sheets, but unfortunately all they had left was white. Got a plain looking top blanket as a gift for a bed.

Found some other gift clothing items to round out the visit and the checkout lines ran smoothly and fast, which was nice.

It was great! They have a lot of nice new Spring clothes out now.

The cashier up front was So nice. Didn't get her name but she has rainbow hair. We had a personal issue, and she was such a great help!

Marie at the jewelry section was so helpful and patient. Since the store was closing i had to come back and she even remembered the pieces i was interested on. She even tried on of the necklaces for me to take a look at it and help me see which one was better. Great prices and sales. I'm just so glad i stopped by.

I never have been someone who grow up shopping at JCPenney or even knew much about it. I sort of had a preconceived notion in some cases but they were the minority in suburbs I grew up in.

I have always heard people mention JCPenney when I have complimented them and asked them where they got their jacket, or pants, or purse. I always remember thinking, 'wow! I have to check that department store out.'

Even though intentions were there I never truly got around to it in the case of it possibly being out of the way. Once I started actually getting to look around the store I realized how much cute stuff they have. Like, seriously, blown away. They even have stuff for my dogs!

I love their clearance 50-70% off zone. It is incredible the deals you can find there! They separate it from men and women's and possibly plus sizes too I believe as well as athletics. Sephora is in here and they don't have as much as the actual Sephora-- they definitely have my most shopped brands. They've got the perfume, the Sephora brand makeup, benefit, urban decay, NARS, and more.

They even have a salon which I didn't know for the longest time but love the concept and overall experience of being able to accumulate points for getting my hair done that I can use on clothing.. amazing! They also always seem to have super good prices for services as well as promotions.

For the most part the salon products seem to be continually on promotions. I have seen buy one get one half off as well as clearance on salon products ranging from 25-70% off!

They even have 25% off of Styling products and they sell some of the best curling irons and blow dryers. I've seen coupons for services as well as products in the jcpenney catalog and some other places but yeah, not half bad and this location isn't super crowded like others in Salt Lake City.

I always buy online and pick up in the store. There is a lady named Sara and she is the sweetest and kindest lady I have ever had in customer service. And so helpful she knows her job well. I don't like to go in when she isn't there.

Is good deals in clothing

Had graduation photos done here from a Groupon. The employee doing them was so nice and the experience was chill and fun, low pressure. They turned out great!!!

Really great prices on kids' clothes.

The store was nicer than I was expecting. It was my first time visiting this location. The store was pretty clean, organized, and had a good selection of merchandise. The only thing I found disappointing was that someone had drawn some inappropriate graffiti on the wall in the Men's section. Talk about disrespectful to come into a store and do that. Also, the mattresses on display looked like they could use an upholstery cleaning but that should be an easy fix.

Easy in & out the freeway entrance is just around the corner you don't even have to go in the mall if you don't want to. Which there really isn't much left in the mall almost like an indoor swap meet feel to the place. WVC needs to work on bringing better businesses back to Valley Fair.

This store has a great selection on everything and their prices were fair. We got rings there, and the price was incredible. They had just what we wanted.

Found Great Sales today. I love that JCPenney carries big &tall for men. Is not easy to find good deals for larger sizes in Salt Lake City. Employees were very nice. Great Customer Service 👌.

I hadn't been to JCPs in years. I was impressed with the styles and affordable prices of men's and women's clothing. I will definitely be shopping here more often!

I had to get some shoes for my 40th high school reunion (business casual) so I went to JCPENNEY because they were the closest. The shoes were a great price and the cashier gave a discount on them even though I didn't sign up for the credit card. Pleasant experience. Will be returning.

I haven't been in a JCPenney store in probably 30 years. I'm not a mall shopper and it wouldn't be at the top of my list if I DID stop by a mall. But I've moved and my shopping options have changed. I WAS SO IMPRESSED! I spent over $200 and could have easily spent more...when I was just walking through to get to the mall. LOL. The styles and inventory has greatly improved since my last visit. It seemed like a store for old people before. Now, I've either aged enough to appreciate this store now (quite possible) or the store has changed it's image. Anyway, I'm a new customer now.

Didn't have the suit size in stock, nobody ever does, CS was very helpful in get the product order and free delivery. Overall great service.
