Buscemi's the Original

I've been coming to this original Buscemi's for over 40 years! We always stopped to get a slice of pizza when we were cruising Gratiot in my teens. Nice to see it's still open and running, and by the same family! Still love their pizza!

I would rate ten stars if I could! Simplicity of a good sub and great service is rare now days. So blessed to still have this store around with everyone so nice to their customers and fresh subs our family picks over restaurants!

Man it's good to be back in Michigan and on the east side. I would get pizza from this location 5 days a week many years ago when I worked nearby. Now I come by the Buscemi's the Original to get a slice or two every chance I can. New faces, same great pizza. Original and Detroit style squares are my go-to. If you have not tried their pizza, you should.

One of the best pizzas for the price for sure absolutely not to mention the employees are unmatched with their manners and friendliness!

Great place, very friendly staff. I always get my sub sandwiches here. Also, the baklava at the counter is wonderful.

Best subs Ever! Ordered a party sub, 6 ft, sorry I didn't get pics was super busy setting up for the party, but they are amazing! I live in Grand Rapids now, but they have always been my favorite living on the east side. Very professional 👏 Thanks guys, see you next year!

Staff/owners are the best. Treat you like family. Pizza and subs are always good. Gratiot construction has not helped them so support a great store and stop in.

Best Buscemi's in the local area! Always fresh food and the employees always have smiles on their faces. They never have an issue making a fresh sandwich and will even toast it for you! Always my go to place for a quick bite or lunch break

This place is phenomenal! Every time i am around the area i automatically stop and grab a slice of pizza. They are a one stop shop and the staff is extremely nice and respectful. I recommend this place for everyone.

Buscemi's serves up great pizza and their famous subs are always ready to go. This may look like a normal party store but they also have good food. Try the cheese bread, you won't regret it!
