Best Buy

I hadn't been in a Best Buy for over a decade and went in to look at gaming wheels. They had 1 option which was overpriced, but not their fault. It's not a high demand item. But the staff was friendly, the store was clean. A LOT of unused space, but I suppose that's normal since all of our electronics are smaller. If they offered something I needed, I'd be happy to go in again.

I went into to buy a computer and wasn’t expecting all to much from the staff but eventually I asked a staff for some help and ISSAC responded to the request and I was blown away, his professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help was BAR NONE 10 out of 5 starts. He was amazing. He really helped me out a lot and offered me so many options with everything that I asked about, honestly he provided me some of the BEST customer service I have ever had. THANK YOU ISSAC

I placed an order online. It was ready very quickly. I did curbside pickup. I only waited 4 minutes after pulling in the designated spot. They employee was really nice ,polite, and gentle with my vehicle when placing item in my trunk.

Awesome customer service, I came in and bought a TV with zero hassle. I was originally just going to buy one straight from the box, but there was one that was out of box new, save me over $90. I didn't buy a super expensive TV, as I just got a new house and I don't need anything crazy. It was only up $500 TV, so saving almost 100 bucks on it was really nice

I needed a new laptop but was blown away by the selection. The floor person was so patient and helpful as we went from one to the other. I love my selection. It was so easy to set up and work with. If I needed anything else, I would definitely go there again! Thank you Best Buy!

A man went all over the store looking for what I wanted. He had a handheld device telling him he had 6 of them in the store. At last he went in the back, and came out with exactly what I needed. It was a real life saver too because I don't buy anything made in China, and this one was made in Philippines. Thank you best buy!!

We came to Best Buy looking for an affordable yet great quality smart tv. Our salesman KJ who is the best, showed us this TV which is considered a high quality off brand based on the exceptional features it has for the price point. We couldn't be happier. This TV is easy to use and has an incredible picture.

The car audio team of Christian and George is phenomenal.
They upgraded my 2002 corvette with a new radio, GPS, and backup camera.

The young man that helped was awesome. I had very little knowledge on what I should buy and he was very helpful. He explained the product to me and the difference between brands.

I went into Best Buy because I needed a charger for my phone so I picked up one and looked at new tablets oohlalla

Purchased a Samsung tablet. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
Once we determine the right tablet for me.
check out was fast and efficient.

The only thing was minor - there were no screen protectors or cases for this particular Samsung tablet in stock and that's really not their fault as it was a recently released brand new tablet

Best Buy is much improved the past few years.
They had everything I could care for. I wish a few speciality/parts/repair in store but they probably don’t sell well to the average Bestbuy type of shopper so understandable…
Employees are usually on top of things but if you’re a techy type. You’ll know more usually.
Unfortunately. Can’t pay the guys who really know what’s up.

Bestbuy is the only game in town for most of this stuff so support them as you don’t have much choice for local stuff. If they fail. Everything is shipped and that stinks

The customer service was very good. Soon as i walked in the pick up line. The guy started helping me with a smile and a proper greeting of Sir.

Very friendly and helpful staff, store is clean, many items on display for the customers to choose from and it's not too far of a drive for me. I liked the experience.

The customer service guy Hussein was very helpful and polite. You can tell he take pride in his job which is very rare these days. I highly recommend this location.

Great store with cool technology. They have a super easy buy online and pick up in the store service, or you can have it shipped.

Excellent service no wait time. Order online. Sign up with progressive get it all done before you get there. You're in and out.

Bought on line, picked up in store. Perfect! Quick and efficient. Everyone I encountered was very helpful.
