Lana Zarlenga, MD

I have been with Dr Zarlenga for more than 15 years. She is a doctor that listens to you and pays attention to all that you are saying. She is not afraid to send you on to a specialist if that is what you need. But her care is very concentrated on whatever you are going through. I feel enormously grateful to have found her and to have kept her all these years she is forthright and sincere in her diagnosis.

They don’t call back with info like they’re supposed to I’ve been waiting on a specific call for about 5 days. They’ve changed assessment plans and not called to tell me what I had to do next changed and never did what they said they were going to do in the first place. They’ve taken labs and not told me what the results were, once again never called. Most of the receptionists I talk to about my case(very difficult and confusing) are rude instead of being patient with me and trying to help me figure it all out. Feels like they don’t really have time for me and don’t really care to help me. Very personal when you see the doctor but after you leave they kinda forget about you. After my situation is finished I’ll be switching doctors offices. I once almost didn’t get in for a month because I needed a later time of day appointment and they had none until a month away so if you’re miserable oh well, at least that’s how they see it! Would not recommend this place based on my personal experience!
