I have returned items to Spectrum Cable and Amazon several times. All the staff have been extremely helpful when I was searching on my phone. They printed the shipping info for me. I appreciated their help. Very professional, too.

The employees are always friendly no matter how busy it might be. This business gives true customer service.

I was so amazed by the efficiency of this store and its employees! Two days after Christmas and at 11:00am I walked in, the line was curving around the back of the store. I thought I would be waiting for a while. Less than 5 minutes later I had returned my packages and was back on the road. Amazing customer service, superb service and employees were outstanding!

Matt and the rest of the team were so helpful, kind, and efficient when I brought in 52 boxes to be mailed out...in December. They never made me feel like I was an inconvenience and they went out of their way to help me find the correct addresses on a few of the packages. THANK YOU for your great customer service!

I love this UPS. I like better coming here over the Postal Service and FEDEX. Very nice and helpful staff. No matter how busy they get they always have a good actitud towards their clients! Thank you guys!

My only recommendation would be better ventilation. The space is small and during winter it can get a bit crowed sometimes.

Shiloh and his team are amazing! We took boxes and boxes of family memorabilia to this store following the deaths of my father and brother. They carefully wrapped each item to ensure it would be protected in transit to Texas and then re-boxed everything together for safe shipping. The boxes arrived earlier than expected, thanks to Shiloh working at night to get everything packed and ready to go. Every single item arrived intact and in perfect condition. They were caring and efficient at a very difficult time for us. Highly recommended people!

I made an appointment to get some documents notarized. When I arrived, I realized that I was going to need two witnesses to sign my papers in addition to the notary. Despite the fact that I came in when it was rather busy, the notary and two of the employees willingly and gladly took the time to help me out while still keeping the customers in line moving through at a good pace. I cannot speak highly enough of the crew that was there 7/5/2022 at 4:00 pm.

These people are THE original UPS drop off locations in the Holland area. If you live on the south side of Holland, it's a bit of a lengthy drive to get here. However, the people are nice and very helpful. I guess the UPS drop off location on the south side (where I live) on Lincoln Avenue is now official. The guy that owns it acted like it was for years but it wasn't. He's still there. When you look it up, it appears to be an official drop off location now. Still, I won't go there. He doesn't keep regular hours and he can be incredibly rude. I pay the extra gas to go here for professional service, especially regarding returns that involve labels and packaging by them - AT&T equipment return - Amazon, etc. This place has the experience, The guy on Lincoln Ave. isn't reliable and is temperamental. Others I know have agreed with me.

Was having an awful day dealing with amazon, and returning a package. The whole process took me hours to finally get to the point where I could simply return the product via the UPS store. As I was getting ready to pay for the shipping label I realized that in my frustration and mind being all over the place that I had forgot my wallet at home. I did not have the $2 on me to print the label and would have to drive 10 minutes back home to get it. Alex at the front desk did me a solid and let me send the package anyway. Even that little amount of kindness was enough to make my day tremendously better. Thanks man, you'll get 5 stars from me.

Zach, Garret and the other guy (sorry, didn't get his name) were nothing less than awesome!!! They were so fast and efficient. I went in on Saturday, September 24th at just before noon.

Becky is always helpful. I haven't had any issues or problems with the place. They handled my returns and helped me understand whatever i needed. I do notice that sometimes they close 10 to 20 minutes early. Whichever employees are doing this might be doing it without the owners knowledge.

I stopped into the UPS store on Butternut in Holland today 1/21/2020 and received excellent service. One young man was the only worker and he had a line of customers to the door. He took care of each person with polite efficiency. I was very impressed by his courtesy and professionalism. He made an effort to make each person feel valued. He deserves a raise. A huge asset to the franchise.

This is the first time I've had to make a return and print off a label so I was a bit nervous because I wasn't aware of how the process worked. The employee who helped me was very kind and patient while i found the return label i was supposed to use. Thank you for your help!

The manager here is SO WONDERFUL!! Helped me arrange a critical deliver for business. There are not a lot of people left in the world with top notch customer service skills - he’s one of them!

once a week. The staff is awesome, always friendly and very helpful. I even learned a few tips/tricks about sending packages. Sorry, I’m bad with names or I’d call out a couple of guys that usually take care of me, who are so friendly and perfect for this job position.
