M-20 Animal Hospital

Called at least ten other vets after my cat’s fever spiked to 106. Was told by every single one they couldn’t see her cause she wasn’t an established patient. Not only did M-20 agree to see her as a new client, but the entire staff was kind, compassionate and caring. What started out as a very scary and hopeless experience was subdued by the calm and thoughtful demeanor of all the staff and Dr. Tessa Peterson.

While in the waiting room I heard multiple other incoming calls of other owners in the same situation and unable to get in with their regular vets. I heard them accommodate multiple new patients on a Friday with thoughtful empathy. I could not recommend more, hands down best facility and staff.

Update: Even though kitty was sent home with what was still a significant fever (104), she immediately ate when she got home and went outside to roam for a bit, which she had been too lethargic to do for days. When she came back in later, her temp was just below 100 and she was back to her scratch pad and kitty condo. She snuggled with my daughter all night and woke up with a beautiful 101 temp today. The treatment she was given all day admitted definitely kicked the virus that was making her so sick. They sent us home with fluids and antibiotics which we will continue, but the vet also recognized that treatment at home was best as she was stabilizing. She didn’t charge me for an ultrasound she performed in trying to determine the cause of her high fever and I felt that they acted thoroughly but didn’t just perform services to add extra charges to my bill. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. Every staff member I encountered was so kind and compassionate and patient. They deserve all the praise for dealing with panicked and stressed pet parents such as myself with beautiful bedside manner. Best ER vet experience I’ve ever had.

Very impressed with all of the staff. I like how they take your dog away for the poking and prodding then bring the dog back to your own room to talk about the results. My dog was a new patient, bad back, got her in the same day. Costs were talked about before services we rendered, and prices weren't cheap but also not as expensive as others. I think they were pretty fair for the excellent service they provided.

This is our favorite vet in the area. Dr. Wade is very nice and informative. She takes her time to answer all your questions. The vet techs and all the staff there really love animals. Beth at the front desk was very helpful and took her time to write down all the costs for our next visit. Great place, highly recommend. Prices seem to be good too.

Awesome experience!!! My 2yr male Siberian cat started spraying. Immediately it went from non to alot! My reg vet couldn't do it for 1mo. I would of had to burn my house down by then! M20 could do it in 10 days. When I took him in for pre ck. They could smell him and could tell this male cat was a spraying mess and offered to neuter him Immediately!! M20 animal hospital did a fantastic job!! They will be my permanent vet for my cat now, OUT OF GRATITUDE for their care & services.

M-20 Animal Hospital is seriously the best place I’ve ever taken my pet for care. All of the staff were extremely welcoming, kind and most of all caring. I’ve personally had not so great experiences at other vets while I lived out of town, so coming back to midland and finding them was a dream come true. Thank you for being so great all-around!

I had to take a family dog in to get put down and they were very sensitive and very kind. They let us take whatever time we needed to say goodbye to the dog. And when are other dog broke her nail, they were able to patch her up really quick and they ended up clipping the rest of her nails so that it wouldn't happen again. And this dog is not comfortable with other people and they did a great job with her.

Wonderful and caring Vets and staff. We took our rescue dogs there and had their ears checked as well as getting their nails trimmed. This was all done with no stress on our dog's part, a first since they came into our life. We highly recommend M-20 Animal Hospital.

Only vet in the area that was extremely helpful, friendly, patient, and quick. They got my pup in on a same day visit, even got me on a cancellation so it was cheaper than an emergency. You can tell they care about you and your pet, not your money. It was affordable and comfortable and im so so happy we have them as a vet now. They were exceptional when we were there! My pup immediately started feeling better :)

M20 was so amazing! We couldn’t find any vet that would euthanize our dog when the time came. M20 squeezed us in and they were so caring and just the best staff ever! They even sent a card after with flowers to plant in his memory. I 100% recommend them.

M-20 staff are the best. From office staff to veterinarian absolutely to caring professionals. Reasonably cost effective and flexible with helping the budget too. Thank you so much for helping care for our two beagles. Jerry

The staff is amazing.
We visited today and have a German Shepherd, who doesn't like vet visits. They handled him kindly and understood him. The visit went smoothly, and I'd recommend these folks to anyone. Compassion and caring ❤

The staff at M-20 is top notch. Courteous, efficient, highly skilled and knowledgeable. I trust all my fur babies to their care. Their facilities are very clean, neat and orderly. They handle all my pets with gentleness and good humor. Their demeanor is quiet and my pets are all relaxed during their exams and treatments. Thank you, for a job excellently well done.

I would give a million stars if I could. My dog Winston was recently diagnosed with cancer and had his leg amputated. The doctors and staff have been nothing but amazing and so very kind!!! Very informative about everything including the pricing. I was very well prepared for the expense as well! I will definitely recommend this veterinary hospital to everyone! Please keep up the great work!!

Words cannot express how grateful I am for these people! I went to Petsmart hospital and they couldn't tell me much about my Oliver, just that he had kidney issues. They were rude to me and rough with my cat. I knew he was in pain and finally made the decision to put him down because I couldn't stand to see him suffer. They did a couple tests and were able to tell me exactly what was going on. He was beyond help (kidneys had completely failed and full of tumors) and in lots of pain, so even the doctor agreed the most humane thing to do was to put him down. The absolute hardest thing I had to do, but it was for the best. I am so grateful that these guys were able to give me solid answers and they all had compassion for me and my baby. Everyone was so kind and so helpful. I will use this place for all future pets and will recommend to everyone. They are affordable and so kind!! Thank you so much for giving me peace of mind and taking such good care of my little guy.

I had a sick kitty and had called many other vet offices and was not able to be seen due to us not being a patient. I called this one feeling very defeated and they were able to get me in on an emergency basis appointment within an hour and a half. They said I may have to do a drop off which I didn't they did all testing while we were there. They were so sweet and caring. I would hands down recommend them to anybody in need of efficient and caring pet care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my kitty and getting him on the mend and back to his normal self.

Very good. Nice Doctor helped my Yorkie with his skin issue. Praying we don't have to return until spring when we need flea medicine.

A friendly, professional staff that gets to the heart of the matter in no time. The doctor makes suggestions and lets you decide on the level of treatment that you are comfortable with.

This place was a life saver. It's a little hike for us, but well worth it. Our little six year old mix went lethargic all of a sudden. We could not get into any vet anywhere. Even though she was not a current patient, they got us in right away and into surgery within hours. They were a life saver. Keep and caring. They took great care of her.
