Great experience for a first time homebuyer! Miia was always there and on top of things when it came to questions and paperwork. When it came down to negotiations she was very competitive and aggressive to get me my new home. Zack from northpoint bank is extremely knowledgeable and quick to get you to close. I could not have asked for a better loan officer to get the job done. The van for the move in was free and very helpful to make my move in easy and care free. Baragar is a prime example of what the reality process should standardize.

Very impressed! Jesse and Michele were awesome to work with! They made it very easy for me as I have a very busy schedule! Great service, listened to my needs, and over the top communication! Being a business owner I am all over the place but they were just great and stress free to work with! Another great thing that made my life easier when they found my building and it was time for me to move in… was they give u a their big box moving truck to use to move all my things into our building! This really helped me!!!! Just another reason why they are the best!!!! Highly recommend them to ALL!!!!

This was my first time selling a house. I enjoyed my experience working with Baragar Realty. Jesse was timely, kind, and communicated the through the whole process. Our deal was not smooth at times (completely related to the other party and specifically their lender) and as a client of Baragar Realty I never felt the burden of this because of the advocacy and organization of Jesse and his business. What they do for their clients is make the process seamless no matter what!

Working with Miia Whatley was seamless and easy. Even in this crazy buyers market, we had SO much fun with Michele looking at houses. We ended up snagging the perfect house, but I found myself a little sad that we wouldn’t be looking around anymore with her.
Their team was extremely prompt with responses and answered all our questions so well. It was our first time buying a house and I couldn’t have imagined a better realtor team.
