Have had a pleasant experience every time I work with the team at Loot Hive. I've done business with them for about 2 years. They're a trusted partner and their team has always worked diligently through any projects we have and in the rare event of discrepancies it is dealt with in a timely manner.

I am not used to a experiencing such great customer service as I got from Loothive. I made sure I was able to leave a review here, because they deserve five-stars-plus! This is a U.S.business, located in Minnesota, I think, and they really go out of their way to make sure a customer is completely satisfied with his purchase. I shop online for electronics a lot, and the worst part of shopping online is when you have a question and don't get a timely answer - or any answer. These guys are very quick to help.They're very responsive, professional and friendly - and I've made them my go-to store for the electronics they offer.

Loothive is excellent! Their customer service is timely and helpful. It's nice to see a company that works with it's customers and is willing to troubleshoot whatever issues may arise. I also like getting a quality product at a great price. Bottom line: Kudos to Loothive!

I bought a phone from this seller. It is a used one but looks like its in great condition. Just I have no use out of it!!! When I tried to put my service over to this device, the service provider couldn't do it because there's a locked MSL code on this phone & they need to get it from the seller to enter it in order to activate the service on this phone, I have been trying to contact the seller by emailing them several times, but didn't get any reply from them, there's no phone number to reach them , so I contacted eBay to try to get through to them & they haven't replied to eBay's request to contact me either. They write on the sales receipt to please contact them before contacting eBay but it seems like a good joke!! There's no way to contact them & communicate with them! Therefore, beware! Before you buy from this seller, know that there's nobody to help you out if you have any issues with your item!!
