Kelsey Jackson at Crystal MN CarHop reached out to me when she noticed I was struggling with my payments. I was needing some repairs that put me back on payments. She worked endlessly to help me and get me back on track without financially breaking me. She really made me feel like she cared about me and my situation which is rare with finance companies. She responded to every email quickly and everyday until we were able to find a resolution. I am very thankful for her and all her hard amazing work ❤

Carhop in Crystal is the best. I purchased a car that broke down in 2 days. They picked me up, towed the car and got me into a different car. Anytime I call with Maintenance issues THEY REFER me to one of their auto mechanics and they ALSO give me great treatment.

I went to purchase another car from them and was on a higher tier due to on time payments for 2 years. I will continue to come to CARHOP to lease cars.

Honestly was super nervous to come in and attempt buy my first car today. Fay was very sweet, funny, and helpful answering any questions I had, making sure everything was easy to understand and I even had a few good laughs with her! Definitely took any of the stress and anxiety I was having right away. Fay was our sales person, and can I just say amazing!! She helped my children and I until we had a SUV that we would all enjoy!
