I had a great experience at Snips. I was able to get an appointment quickly for a full set of lashes, which surprised me. The shop was clean, has great modern decor and has a lot of services to offer. Jordan did a wonderful job with my lashes and was very efficient in multitasking. She made sure to understand what I wanted and updated me during the appointment as she adapted for my crazy post-cancer lashes. I'm so glad to have found a great place to go regularly that's close to home.

Excellent salon and spa. I had a gel manicure and pedicure with Kimberly and thoroughly enjoyed it. I’ve been in the industry over 20 years and owned a salon and spa in Bonita Springs Florida for over 12 I’ve been searching for a place that could hold a candle, and this one does. It reminds me of the salon I used to own. We were an educational salon with an associates program, and they are the same! Kimberly is a master nail technician, and is definitely a dying breed in the industry, you’re looking for a true nail technician and not a chop shop. This is your place. The whole salon was very clean, very professional, well organized, and seems to be running very efficiently. Definitely best place I’ve been to in Minnesota, and I’ve been looking for a the last eight years from Duluth to the cities. I will definitely make a point whenever I’m in town to stop by and see her.

I got my hair trimmed and colored yesterday from box color to blonde. I have long, thick hair that I was extremely anxious about all breaking off. Josie made me feel understood and she was very intentional with everything she did, which made me feel very trusting. My hair is still long, now blonde, and feels great & HEALTHY! (which I have never experienced after bleach!) Also need to add she never made my thick hair feel like a burden. I will be back!

I brought my girls for “real haircuts” and first time highlights as a special girls’ day treat. Jadah and Jenny made them feel so beautiful and special. We will definitely be back!

The stylist was very friendly and knew what she was doing. She was very good at asking if I was okay with how it was looking as she went and willing to do a little more if I asked. I only wish they had the option of just doing a quick cut with the sissors (they do with the razor) for a cheaper price. Where I usually go this is what the lady does - I wash my hair before I get there, and she sits me down and cuts my hair in 10-15 minutes and charges me half of what I paid here. If they offered something close to this I would switch and come here each month instead of just on the months that the regular lady (who is a ways out of town) is not working on the days that I go to get my nails done. I just can't afford double the price each month. But they do an excellent job, it is a good atmosphere and the price is very comperable for other places withing the Twin Cities area.

This was my first time visiting the salon and I had a foil, root touch up and haircut. Janet was my stylist and I thought she did a great job of really listening and understanding what I was trying to achieve. She is also a great conversationalist and there were no uncomfortable silences. I am usually not a big talker with new people but the conversation was easy and light. I did not feel pressured in any way to buy products. I was ready for a better shampoo/conditioner and Janet talked me through the best options based on what was going on with my hair. Salon is bright and cheery.

Just got my hair fixed by Jordan (totally botched it myself at home). I got a cut and style, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She also took the time to ask me questions about what I want, and about myself. I love how it looks and feels! It's so soft and fresh now! Thanks Jordan, I'll see you later!

I love this salon and have used it for more than 15 years. (My stylist is Cassie and I see Kim for nails.) The staff is professional and friendly and I am always satisfied with my haircuts and nails.

Josie was so kind and did such a relaxing job of washing my hair, cutting and styling it. Am loving the cut and lots of other people are too! Thank you, Josie!

Jennie was so accommodating and patient with my elderly mother. She took her time and worked with her to determine what would be the best cut for her. She was also very sweet to my mom who can be a hard sell, but walked away really liking her haircut and Jennie!

Got my hair and toes done at Snips by Christina C. She was Amazing! Did such a good job with my color, removed the red that I had in before, , gave me a great cut ✂ and style! Definitely go see her !

Josie was amazing as always!! She's not only a great stylist but she's a great person. She's been cutting my hair for a couple years and recently granddaughters had haircuts with Josie and she was so kind and patient. I've also had manicures and pedicures that were great.

I would like to give accolades to Christina C. She took extra time to make sure my 16-year-old son was happy with his haircut, knowing how particular he is regarding his hair. She stayed late to make sure he was happy with his haircut, even allowing him breaks in between to style it how he liked. Teenagers are more particular than anyone, and I appreciate that Christina understood the angst. She also took the time to educate my 11-year-old daughter on how to avoid chlorine damage in the future and how to care for her hair (it’s never right when it comes from Mom 😉). Thank you from the bottom of my Mama Bear heart. One of these days, I’ll be back for my own royal treatment!

I have only been to Snips twice, both times Sarah has applied my color and done styling. Her upbeat personality is a delight and she does a GREAT job!

Snips is my go to for all things estheticians. Harley and Laura are two very talented ladies with genuine passion for what they do. I see Laura for waxing and make-up for 10 years now. You really cant find anyone better. Harley is so great at what she does. I recieve monthly facials from her and she has absolutely transformed my skin for the better.

Janet was the BEST! I’ve been to Snips before but Janet was by far the best stylist I have ever seen. Super friendly and funny, made my time there fun and she made sure I ended up with a result I loved. She’s got herself a client for years to come right here- she is a wonderful asset to your team and I can’t wait to come in and see her again next time I need a change. Great job. ❤

I honestly could never go anywhere else. Sara knows my hair more than any other stylists I have ever been too. Saying she is amazing would be an understatement. She is so patient and takes her time and I appreciate that SO MUCH. Striving for Perfectionism is definitely something that is valued here. Sara has never disappointed and went above and beyond what I wanted for my hair. The check in staff are wonderful too, always so friendly and sweet! Love love love this place because of the great people who make us look and feel beautiful :)

HOT TAKE! It was such a privilege to work with someone who had so much knowledge and experience with textured hair types! She got me on a shampoo/conditioner/wash routine that has my hair feeling lighter than a dream and my curls have never been so luscious and defined! We colored my hair, adding highlights to lighten it for the summer and I couldn’t be happier!

My overall experience was amazing and I can’t wait to come back for the full spa treatment-nails and all!- from Christina!
