Needed help with a mail box and was informed how to install .Very helpful and Ellen was a great help along with Ben or mail carrier.

Came in expecting to spend $50 to ship something next day priority and the folks there have seen it all and figured a way to get my package into a priority express package for half the package rate. Truly they didn't have to help me and could have just charged me for what I asked for but the care and helpfulness shown was truly appreciated

I have always had great service here. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. When our area was having a lot of problems with our mail being delivered on time and to the correct houses, they looked in to it and things improved. This post office and its staff are much more friendlier and helpful than a couple of the others local post offices I have been to. Keep up the good work.

No complaints. You go to the Post Office expecting at least some level of BS and honestly of the 10 or so trips I've made here it's been smooth sailing every time

I've had a PO Box here for 9 years, and have always been greeted with a smile by the staff.

Lunch hour and Fridays can see long lines, but it's a great post office.

A lot of the negative comments here are about passports. There is a Passport office on Foley Blvd in Coon Rapids, which is where my family has gone in the past. If you're in a rush for passport service, there are plenty of places besides the Post Office (whose job is to deliver the mail) that you can go.

Had a package that was not delivered by my postman, went in to the post office and was told they couldn't find it🙄
As I was pulling out if the parking lot postmaster Tom walked up to my vehicle and said he found my lost package and brought it out to me. Thank you Tom! You went out of your way for me and truly appreciate that kind of service

This is hands down the BEST post office in Anoka by FAR! I go here for all of my postal needs. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

I like the people who work at Anoka. The manager is great; he allowed me to do a passport application without taking an appointment

Been using daily for 30 years...this post office is a hub for other smaller area p.o.'s and does a great job. The people are fantastic!

I have always experienced helpful, friendly service here. They also have a self-serve station that is available 24 hours a day.

Great customer service and fast, cheap shipping. Where else can you go to send a card or letter anywhere in the country for $0.55?

I've used a number of post offices around the twin cities. This is one of the best for service and friendliness.

Nice & friendly atmosphere. Been using this location for sometime now and haven't had any trouble with any of the employees here.
