This state is beautiful, beautiful places, beautiful environment. But what makes it more beautiful is the people. They are very down to earth, very cool, very approachable, kind, polite, fun, unique. Super in love with the state of Minnesota already. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

A tram ride gets you to the rental car center. Everything is well signed and easy to use. The facility is very large and the companies have a good selection of vehicles. Upon return, don’t follow your gps! Follow the signs to get back to the rental garage.

This is an amazing airport with plenty of reasonably priced restaurants. Rental is in the building and no need to get a ride. Very spacious and bright. Washrooms are clean.

I know that this may be stupid, but I love the Minneapolis Airport because of its bathrooms. You can feel the thoughtful design as soon as you walk in. There's a little pocket in the stall for your roller bag so you can easily open and close the door. There is never a line no matter how busy. Also how cool are the drains?! Again, I know it's just a bathroom, but it makes being in an airport so much better.

Easiest airport to navigate. Clean, attractive, and accessible. Excellent availability of tasty restaurants for all palates and diets, and GOOD shopping. Power outlets and USB ports were abundant. I was offered assistance when I had trouble and witnessed three additional instances of airport personnel offering to help others (on the same visit!)

Tip: Stuck waiting and you're already outside secured areas (e.g. at baggage claim and ground transportation area)? FEAR NOT! Keep walking and you'll see a Caribou Coffee° cafe and vending machines including Farmers Fridge°. I had a 2 1/2 hr wait and these were life savers!!

Easy in and out !! Car rental is at the airport. Very nice National Staff.

1st time here was over an hour wait in line, next 2 times were both very quick with no issues - kinda limited on people and signage could improve, 4th time was awesome no issues except for the cold, nice checkout attendant!

I have always loved going to the airport. MSP is one of them. They have everything that you can think of. I have a real bad neck pain and right after getting off the tram - there it was Xpress Spa at your service! The guy named Mihaly did a great job massaging my left neck down to my lower back. MSP airport is a great airport.

The MSP car rental is probably the best, take the tram then jump on the fast elevator and whoose, into the car. The national emerald club is great, pick the car and check out.

Avis Preferred agent went out of her way to ensure we got our rental after the system lost our reservation details. Bravo to people who know what they are doing!

Big, but well signed. Good selection of restaurants, pleasant staff. But then ot is clear without any significant delays.

Great shopping options and a well run TSA process.

One of the biggest car rental locations I seen in a long time. Well organized use to fly in out of here weekly and although it a bit of a walk from gate, it is streamline once you get there.

I enjoy that this airport is far less overstimulating compared to other airports I've frequented. It's a very clean and orderly airport. Everyone there was very kind and the PA system is very clear and articulate. I actually lost my wallet here and a good Samaritan turned it in. It was returned to me as I was sitting in my seat about to take off. I cannot thank whoever turned it in enough. I had my ID, three credit cards and $500 cash in there and nothing had been touched. I appreciate the integrity, especially because I would've been stranded on the other side of the country without it.

They got us in the most luxury vehicle iv ever been in. So nice to experience.

National car rental was excellent with lots of cars available and great staff that walked with you to select vehicle and ensuring was safe and good with car.
Rental center was clean and spacious and garage was well signed and easy to exit.

Our plane was delayed and got in after midnight. We rented from Budget. They and Avis stayed until 2AM and all of their customers had a vehicle to drive. Other agencies closed down at 1 AM, and lots of people had to find hotel rooms for the night.

New and spacious. The beautiful mosaic (see photo) unfortunately (hidden) is placed between the restroom entrances under the escalators.

Very very easy to find....good location. Grat Service.
