Easiest car rental experience in a long time! Made our way to the counter at Terminal One and agent Adolphus was friendly and courteous and brought a smile to our faces, even at our early arrival time. He even recognized and waved at us when we returned three days later. He gave us superior service. Both cars were clean and ready to go and the return was also very easy and well-organized. We had a couple of issues which are hardly worth mentioning. One of the cars needed some air in a tire, but this was the first cold weather of the season and was therefore not too unusual. Also, I needed two identical reservations and I was not able to complete this on line, so I had to call and talk to an agent. Not a big deal, one extra step, but also with a nice person on the other end. Overall very pleased.

Service rep that helped me around 10 pm was very helpful, upgrade me to a really nice and new suv since they were out out the car I reserved.

Customer service here has always been the best. All the help given when I fly into town is well appreciated. My car selection was great at an affordable rate. Thanks for hiring amazing employees Hertz 🙂

Great customer service. Made a reservation for an SUV and got it a great rate. The car was also clean and ready. The longest wait was during check-in, but even that went quickly despite how busy they were.

Located within the airport which is a huge plus. Even better, the walk to car after a long day of travel was mercifully short. If you've rented cars before at other airports you will appreciate that.

Drop off was almost as close as pickup and as fast as anybody in the car rental business.

Had a great experience with the staff/check in. We initially had a full size car rental and they went out of their way to upgrade us to a full size suv since our daughter was moving into college.

The only odd thing is they handle check in at the garage for two other rental car companies when the main desks are closed on the ground floor.

I had an early pick a couple weeks ago at the Minneapolis airport. When I got to the desk I was met by a superstar customer service rep. named Brenda. She was fast at the check out, found a much nicer car for the same price, and I left with a smile on face when I got on the road. She was awesome.

My rental from Hertz in Minneapolis Minnesota was outstanding. As a Gold Star member, you can choose any car in the Gold Star area, drive to the exit gate pick up your contract and you are on your way. No hassle what so ever. Great service not to mention the express return service. Try it, you will like it.

On my last trip to Minneapolis, I received great service at the counter. The agent updated my profile with a new credit card and then made sure that two upcoming reservations were updated with the right card. The car was basically new. I have used all the rental companies over hundreds of business trips. I get a better experience with Hertz. Occasionally, the price of a Hertz rental is more expensive but I get a cleaner car and a better service experience.

It was how it should've we walked up to counter after waiting a few mins another customer. They had two people at the counter one tied up with an issue and other going through clients. Crossed the street and got the car. The only issue was the gate at the gate took three minutes to appear. Very wierd

Showed up, got straight to the car, no hassles, in and out in 5 min. Only had to ask where the row my car was. On turn in, followed the signs, dropped off to a great attendant who checked me in and told me where the doors to the terminal were and 2 minutes later I was in the airport and headed home. Great experience and Hertz Gold rocks!

I'm a Hertz gold-member from Roseburg, Oregon. This was my second trip to MSP and this experience was great. Not only did my first rental go well; but, after returning my vehicle and sitting in the airport for a couple of hours, I had to rent another vehicle due to a last minute emergency change in plans. The second rental went well, also. I did all of my transactions on my mobile device and besides not liking to drive a red-vehicle which was taken care of, and the fact that they don't have a 'Gold' member counter or representative; the rental was well above average.

Guled was a lifesaver and found my prescription sunglasses after I foolishly forgot them in my rental. He was quick to offer assistance and very friendly. He deserves a raise! Every one of our interactions was professional and at the same time personable. Can’t say enough good things about him!

Great experience! Was in the car and out of the airport less than 5 minutes after getting off the tram from the terminal. Return was simple and easy. The first return guy even made sure we were at the right terminal for our flight. Great experience!

Renting a car from Hertz could not be a better experience. The counter service at the airport was friendly and fast. Checking back in at the end of our trip was also expedient and friendly. I could have rented from another rental car company and paid less but I chose to pay more for better service which I did experience.

Miriam ellingson rojas was the agent that helped my family! She was extremely polite and before I could explain all my problems she had them fixed! I can't express enough how greatful I was for her that day. meeting her was the only thing that went smooth on my trip to mn. My transmission gave out 3 miles before our destination and had the get a ride from the husbands ex (not really on talking terms) but any who it goes on dropped my new phone in the pond inside the hotel ect ect ... But then the car rental my reservations were originally with dollar who screwed everything up miriam got me a car for one day so I could get on with my plans the we made a reservations for the following day and she was there to help agin!!! Saved the day

I was up a creek a couple weeks ago and Tim Kersten went above and beyond to help me out. I was on my way to my mother's funeral when I discovered my driver's license had expired. My son is 23 and many companies will rent to a young driver (for a fee). However, different companies have different rules regarding the details. My original reservation was through another (less expensive) company and it seemed I was stranded at the Minneapolis airport without a way to my mother's funeral. Fortunately the agent at that company finally suggested I try Hertz. Tim not only made it happen for me, he worked extra hard at finding me the best discount, as one-way rentals and young drivers are both kind of pricey. Thanks Hertz, and thanks Tim.

After my flight to MSP arrived later than scheduled, I rebooked my car rental from a different agency (they would have been closed by the time I arrived at their rental location) to Hertz. Hertz easily accommodated a last minute reservation (whew!), location for rental pick up was easy to find, returning the car was hassle-free.

Have only communicated on the phone so far and it’s been amazing. The Manager Brendan couldn’t be more helpful. Look forward to meeting him and picking up a ride for the week!!
