I've gotten Buddy's cakes delivered through "Goldbelly" and they are the best. Buddy is a master of his craft. The cakes are not overly sweet which I like, and there are so many to pick from. You won't he disappointed. UPDATE, had the cannolis and they are a work of art. The chocolate covered peanut butter has heavenly.

After reading all the reviews for this business I was nervous about buying a cake from here but decided to try it anyways. We were there on a Tuesday and there was not a single customer there. A woman came out from the back and helped us right away. We order one slice of the fudge rainbow cake and a full whole rainbow cake. My 3 year old son was incredibly thirsty after running around Nickelodeon Universe and they didn't have the bottled water stocked. So the employee went in the back and got him one. Our total came to $52; including the water. Her customer service was just fine; no issues.
My mom, my son, and my husband loved the fudge rainbow cake. They all thought it was delicious, rich, and if you like fudge you will also love it. We brought the whole cake home for a birthday celebration and everyone liked it. There is lot of frosting; so it is quite rich and you do not need much of it.
Overall the customer service was just fine and the cakes were good. They are overpriced but that is what I expected for the brand and location in the mall of America. I would recommend as a splurge or special treat.

I bought the strawberry shortcake and red velvet slice. The strawberry shortcake was just ok. You could make it at home. But the red velvet cake is the best. It was thick, rich and moist!! I will come back for red velvet cake. You will spend some money.....

Amazing red velvet cake not sure why people are giving them bad reviews. Last time I was in New York was the last time I tasted a cake this good. So moist that the cake part folds on it self, great cake.

We stopped at Carlo's bakery which is next door to the jerky experience when we were at the Mall of America in Bloomington Minnesota. They have a huge variety of cake by the slice, cupcakes, cheesecakes, and so much more. My husband decided to get one of their famous lobster tails and he said it was delicious. We also got a cheesecake cupcake and that was delicious as well.

My wife has to come here every time we come to mall of America. She absolutely loves the cannolis and lobster tails. She has a very refined palette and is very big in desserts and she says the pastries here are the best she has ever had.

What a nice experience. I was in the area and decided to stop at MOA on a whim and found Carlo’s by accident. I had no idea that he branched out. Well since I travel for work I will now be able to hit all of the locations up

100/10, the cheesecake was fantastic and well as the carrot cake. I would 100% come back next year, since I go there every once a year. Definitely going back there, the first thing I will be doing once I am there.

My experience went beyond expectation. Every staff member up front greeted me individually as I made my way down the line. Everyone was very polite and answered all the questions I had while choosing what I wanted. I'll be visiting again soon to purchase a cake. Highly recommended. My first impression is every employee takes extra care when it comes to customer service, which I greatly appreciate. Also, my order was delicious of course!

Let me start by saying that this was my first time at Carlo's. I watch Cake Boss ALL the time so when I found out that there was a Carlo's in the Mall of America I was totally excited and knew it was somewhere I had to go while I was there. It was very easy to find it in the Mall. The staff was very friendly and the cookies are amazing. I didn't take a photo of those (sorry) the cannolis were the first things out of the box and they were good. When I think Carlo's I think cannolis, while I wasn't in Hoboken I'll take this experience for now!

Stopped here for a treat because I have been a fan since season one. I was actually scared to come because of all the lousy reviews and I didn’t want to be disappointed. I wasn’t! My husband and I both loved it! I live 3 hours away but will be back!

I placed an order for 3 pies in preparation for thanksgiving. I asked the baker who took my order if I could add a caramel drizzle to my apple pie and she said they can do that. My pies where ready on time and also looked amazing. I’m practically drooling over them. I can’t wait to share these with my family.

The staff members were super helpful and friendly. Food looks amazing. I’m for sure coming back.

I grew up watching Cake Boss, and I always wanted to try the famous cupcake. I was excited that I finally got to do that. I was not disappointed at all! Super soft cupcake, very creamy frosting, and the filling was delicious. I had the s'mores cupcake, and I recommend it if you're a s'mores lover.

Had a pleasure of visiting last week and I’m not disappointed! I especially enjoyed the cannoli— it was the best cannoli I’ve ever eaten in my life! If you are in Minneapolis, definitely go and check it out inside the mall of America.

Went there on Saturday to try the famous lobster tail. I thought about it all weekend because it was so good! I went back today to get a box of lobster tails, crumb cake, and a rainbow sugar cookie. It was all delicious!

I only had one thing from here but I will say the cannolis were beyond amazing and blew my mind so much flavor!

Must. Stop by for awesome treats. I choose the strawberry 🍓 shortcake. Delicious.

Amazing cakes and cannolis! This has become my favorite bakery in the area for all occasions. As a dessert lover I highly recommend!

I am so glad I didn't read any of the reviews before trying this place. I live 12 hours from here and am on vacation. I heard that the bakery was in the mall and when I walked by I decided to stop. I'll admit that $7.00 for a slice of cake is a bit much, but did you know this slice of cake is huge? My mother and I shared the slice of cookies and cream cake and I had to text my best friend to brag about how good it was. This was like heaven in my mouth. Best slice of cake I've had in a really long time.

Sooooo good it was such a hard choice. It looked way better before I dropped it..
